that feels right to me lagoon. i’d put giannis a step above everyone until proven otherwise. embiid prob deserves to be in there, and playoff kawhi based on what we saw last year was easily a top 5 player in the league, they likely would’ve made the finals. but hard to judge him rn

if they put all the western conference players in a draft pool before this year’s playoffs and you got first pick who would you choose

purely in terms of production so far this season it's jokic and it's not close, though "best player" is def subject to other things like how hard a guy is trying, "pedigree", and so forth, would def put giannis and KD ahead of jokic as of right now though will mention jokic is a proven playoff performer and is starting to develop a real pedigree

assuming perfect health lebron, unfortunately perfect health lebron might not be a thing anymore so it's close between steph and jokic with luka a half tier below

dont think id take lebron anymore healthy or not

if we are considering health its def a plus in jokics column

for the purpose of this exercise assume all players are able to play but not necessarily at “full health” or whatever. like kawhi is ready to play but he is coming off a torn ACL with little training etc

i think i strike luka until he shows he can modulate his play and not lose steam by ends of games also he had that weird thing where he couldn’t make free throws

i might take steph honestly. kawhi would be tempting based on what we saw last year. jokic would be a tick below them for me. but it’s really hard to say

steph is historically a playoff under performer, luka has conditioning issues tends to fade at the end of big games, its jokic i think its jokic

a 7 ft 280 guy running and throwing his entire body weight... had to hurt

ftr markieff is listed as a 6 ft 9 and 245 guy. he was running and throwing his entire body weight into jokic, while leading with his elbow to the ribs, which knocked 280 lb. jokic sideways a couple of feet. that had to hurt, too.

Sixers are bringing Curry and Green off the bench I guess, which means none of their starters are in the starting lineup.

Korkmaz and Niang have been solid lately. Milton is off the IR and making shots. Good depth.

Niang's been great and they've been shooting well as a team from 3 which I think has been covering up a lot of issues.

Maxey is hooping 4 sure.
