i do think harden will at least make some three pointers the next time out. he did get some open looks but the shots had real “i haven’t played basketball in 2 weeks” energy

I just cannot understand what Bud was thinking that second half, you allow yourself to get torched by one of the great scorers in NBA history without even thinking about putting your best defensive guy on him and refuse to go after the guy playing on one leg

i really just cannot understand how the bucks didnt make the standard defensive adjustment to someone having a monster game like double teaming and putting your best defender on them who matches up with them perfectly

it just makes me so sick the number of extremely painful playoff collapses Wisconsin sports teams have had the last decade, particularly the Bucks who just cannot do shit when the game is on the line

agreed guys, it's hard to understand

it feels like the organizational handling of giannis has just resulted in a bad basketball situation--he gets to be the lead ballhandler, on defense he gets to freelance and be the help guy. those are fun things to do but there are other things that would impact winning a hell of a lot more.

and it doesn't come from selfishness or bad intentions or whatever, it comes from developing a guy from scratch and trying to lift him up to be his best. but now it's time to do something different.

giannis doesn’t have the equity to say he’s not gonna guard the other team’s best guy in the playoffs, or shouldn’t anyway

Conceding a playoff game when you're 1 win away from the conference finals is insanity. The whole reason you rest and load manage stars is to just get to this point in the first place; no one is 100% at this point on any remaining team and there is absolutely no guarantee you will ever get back to such a golden opportunity in the future. Bron/Steph/Dame/Jokic all out in the West, Embiid is playing on a torn meniscus and the Hawks are even more injury ravaged (and inexperienced) than the Sixers. Good chance you'll never get an easier shot to a title if your the Nets, throwing that chance away by voluntarily putting yourself into an elimination game scenario and giving the Bucks a 2nd/3rd chance of winning the series when you don't have to is madness. Rest after the series and when the playoffs are over; it's not like 1 game of rest is going to bring Harden's hammy back to 100% and he won't just reinjure it in game 7 if you rest him for 6 anyway.

Guys I just finished. The bucks are just dumbfounding on every level. That 2nd half offense was so painful, somehow more painful than game 3. Feel like I saw like maybe two screens in the 2nd half. Why not screen to death until huh get harden marched up!??? And somehow the defensive game plan was worse than the offensive one.

Kd goat performance, love to see it and still can’t believe hes doing this off an Achilles rupture.

Assertive Jeff green returns. Joe Harris still can’t make a shot. Harden completely useless and still was better than their other options.

Like I found myself cheering on KD and against the bucks cos of how frustrating they were to watch. Unfathomable levels of bad hoop decisions.

I'm barely following, but I was surprised to see the Bucks ahead by so much, so I looked in during the third quarter and got caught up in the ongoing comeback immediately. In all my time as a sporadic basketball fan, I don't know that I've ever seen a player take over a game like Durant did last night. There was a run of threes where it felt like he could have launched it from anywhere, it was going in.
