i agree with spottie. the style of play can work and in fact is a pretty ideal way for a team to play basketball but he needs to be able to handle it physically i.e. lebron

it might be asking too much of him tho most people arent lebron

he should still be able to back guys down who are half a foot shorter than him. there’s stuff he can do on offense at least that don’t require agility. defense idk, that’s a real issue

yeah part of it is prob he learned how to play one way and now he cant play that way anymore

teams will go small on dallas in the playoffs until zinger can take whoever is guarding him into the paint and put 6 straight points on him

Zinger will never take anyone in the paint doesn’t have the lower strength to do it.

he needs to figure out a way to score over guys who are 6’ 6”, he doesn’t need to body other centers. i don’t think it should take all that much, he needs to actually develop his game. this series should be a wake up call for him

i think both he and the mavs were just content to think of him as a floor spacer but if this series is any indication that’s not a role for him that will have much impact in the playoffs

Seriously most of the ppl I grew up with are more concerned about the braves

I can take a lot of shit but following the braves is like the 8th circle of hell for me

collins has felt kind of inessential in these games but his youth and the lack of great free agents in a summer where lots of teams loaded up on cap space should benefit him. if the hawks sign him they start to get pretty locked into this roster, trading him would be interesting. he kinda feels like the jeff green in OKC of this hawks team to me

Yeah his range would be missed. Okongwu looks like he’s gonna be something but he’s more of an interior finesse player. The Hawks have a lot of guys I’d rather her they save the money for unfortunately. They’re gonna have a lot of tough decisions coming up

he's kind of a perfect fit for their needs (floor spreading scoring 4), his fit with capela is a promising comp for how he'd hypothetically slot next to poeltl, but i think atl will straight up keep him unless they can trade for like idk some actual all-star

hes put up impressive numbers every year, kinda got lost in the mix this season, but hes a player for sure

i'm hearing that KAT is definitely heading to portland this summer, also i am hearing that from people who constantly carp about portland's defensive situation, i am thinking they aren't watching a lot of nba basketball
