My concern with the Knicks is that Thibs is diminishing returns

Randle and Barrett both played about 5 mpg more under Thibs, naturally.

On the other hand, Thibs played DRose 4 mpg less (than he did in 2014).

It's a little like working hard at your job and your reward is another week of unpaid work.

put it this way, i think the spurs have no shot at winning against either lakers of warriors, so winning this game wouldve been a nice glimmer of hope for the future. but they kinda need to help their draft position, and losing means they'll get 11 or 12 (coin toss vs. CHA) and MAYBE just maybe some lottery luck.

Grayson Allen had one of the worst stretches I've seen during the Spurs run. Basically everything that went wrong for the Grizz seemed to involve him on both ends.

dillon brooks is just a fascinating player. i can't imagine having to root for him but it is never boring.

that achilles injury zapped him right in his prime. been a steady role player since really.

He's still really solid. I just thought he was closer to 40 because it feels like he was in the league two eras ago.
