blazers were down one with ball under basket oob with idk 10 seconds left. inbound to nurk and he tried to hook a bunny and air balled it, griz got all the way down court before a foul, scene

Clay, Saturday, 24 April 2021 04:36 (five years ago)

Ah thx. Nurks numbers looked pretty good hopefully not too late for them to all be healthy and be good

are there any coach holdouts that are still wearing suits every game? can’t think of any off the top of my head

― Clay, Friday, April 23, 2021 11:45 PM (yesterday) bookmarkflaglink

the data is in and turns out coaches did not want to wear suits lol

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 April 2021 12:32 (five years ago)

btw appreciate the league went with the very low key athleisure look this year, perfectly unobtrusive, last years borderline golf outfits were awful

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 April 2021 12:35 (five years ago)

i do think the suits looked better, gave the game a bit of glamour, the prime event, but if they dont want to wear them then fine who cares, idk about making it a uniform nfl coaches just wear whatever team gear and look like total shit

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 April 2021 12:40 (five years ago)

stan van gundy coaching in the most hideous oversized pelicans hoodie + unmatched sweatpants and jordans id be willing to give it a try

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 April 2021 12:44 (five years ago)

these knicks uniforms are weird
also the knicks are....good?

Blues Guitar Solo Heatmap (Free Download) (upper mississippi sh@kedown), Saturday, 24 April 2021 19:05 (five years ago)

yeah whats up with that. something fishy is going on

ciderpress, Saturday, 24 April 2021 19:16 (five years ago)

from the numbers it seems like they decided to finally play defense to win rather than waiting for another superstar to show up

ciderpress, Saturday, 24 April 2021 19:18 (five years ago)

that thibs magic

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 April 2021 19:31 (five years ago)

think i read that the knicks have been the healthiest team this year also getting flukey good luck with opponent shooting and have one of the toughest scheds the rest of the way, so theyre prob looking a lil better than they actually are but theyre def playing good ball

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 April 2021 19:37 (five years ago)

are they better without mitchell robinson?

TA’s intensity in this interview is so in character lol

k3vin k., Saturday, 24 April 2021 20:10 (five years ago)

hope the celtics can get into that 4-5 seed series seems like the easiest path by far to make a underdog run this year

ciderpress, Saturday, 24 April 2021 20:22 (five years ago)

yeah you dont want to play all 3 of the good teams

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 April 2021 22:51 (five years ago)

Michael Porter Jr. is a good defender now

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 25 April 2021 03:50 (five years ago)

why is aaron gordons usage so low on this team? seems like he could do more than hes doing idk

cross post on the basketblolz thread

i was too much listening to your accent (Spottie), Sunday, 25 April 2021 04:44 (five years ago)

i think my favorite part is the play by play guy reacting to the replay as if its happening for the first time

lag∞n, Sunday, 25 April 2021 13:12 (five years ago)

You think I’m sent from above. I’m not that innocent!

Denzel Valentine on 30-footer: "I had made 3 in a row before that. It was a bad shot. I just kind of got lost in the game."

— K.C. Johnson (@KCJHoop) April 25, 2021

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 25 April 2021 14:50 (five years ago)

My friend is arguing that this was actually a good shot

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 25 April 2021 14:57 (five years ago)

lol

lag∞n, Sunday, 25 April 2021 14:59 (five years ago)

I think we can all agree that it kept the clock from running

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 25 April 2021 15:09 (five years ago)

i’m not gonna lie when he shot it i just assumed it was going in because as he says he had already made three in a row in the quarter so at that point why not a fourth? i’m no better than denzel

J0rdan S., Sunday, 25 April 2021 17:30 (five years ago)

he was talking a lot of shit too

J0rdan S., Sunday, 25 April 2021 17:33 (five years ago)

not the best spot for a heat check ie thats not the shot

lag∞n, Sunday, 25 April 2021 17:35 (five years ago)

laddy

Asked Anthony Edwards why the Timberwolves have been playing better in 4th quarters recently compared to the beginning of the season.

His answer: "I was on the bench back then."

"tinker with lineups"

Rockets star guard John Wall will be sidelined for the remainder of the season due to a hamstring tweak, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Wall being shut down also gives Houston opportunity to tinker with lineups for final 11 games of season.

can’t think of a player in the league who has a wider gap between how good he seems he should be and how good he actually is than lauri markannen. everything looks good but then the shots just.... never go in. like, ever

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 27 April 2021 01:51 (five years ago)

at the end of the day you gotta have "the touch"

lag∞n, Tuesday, 27 April 2021 01:53 (five years ago)

He’s at 48/40 splits but something is definitely off with his game

i was too much listening to your accent (Spottie), Tuesday, 27 April 2021 02:10 (five years ago)

THE TIMBERWOLVES HAVE WON TWO GAMES IN A ROW!

Blues Guitar Solo Heatmap (Free Download) (upper mississippi sh@kedown), Tuesday, 27 April 2021 02:32 (five years ago)

D-Lo really played great tonight

Blues Guitar Solo Heatmap (Free Download) (upper mississippi sh@kedown), Tuesday, 27 April 2021 02:56 (five years ago)

gotta hand it to Chris Paul I was one of the naysayers who thought he'd be out of the league by now

frogbs, Tuesday, 27 April 2021 03:03 (five years ago)

Michael Porter Jr. is a talented young man

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 27 April 2021 03:30 (five years ago)

MPJ at 25.7 ppg on 55/54/82 since the Jamal injury. Turns 23 this summer and missed almost 2 full years of games during important developmental ages.

yeah this season is a bummer now but I'm super sanguine on his future. gordon is still a mystery to me but it seems to be working

k3vin k., Tuesday, 27 April 2021 14:14 (five years ago)

prob take gordon a minute to figure out how to operate as more of a secondary system player where his whole career in orlando it was kind of just do whatever, tho i think his ideal role on the nuggs is pretty obvious and normal so he should get there

lag∞n, Tuesday, 27 April 2021 15:38 (five years ago)

being selectively aggressive is tricky, requires good quick judgement

lag∞n, Tuesday, 27 April 2021 15:47 (five years ago)

he’s also never been a very good offensive player, doesn’t possess any exceptional skills aside from leaping ability, which is why being the fourth or fifth best offensive player in a line up was a good fit for him. he’s probably overstretched now tho his three point shooting will prob tick back up

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 27 April 2021 15:57 (five years ago)

saw some in depth breakdown of his numbers and it basically came down to in pretty much every situation hes really bad at creating for himself but otherwise pretty good, so denver should be a great fit

lag∞n, Tuesday, 27 April 2021 16:02 (five years ago)

and on defense hes pretty much exactly what they need

lag∞n, Tuesday, 27 April 2021 16:05 (five years ago)
