i used to purposely watch it now sometimes i find myself watching it

people are twitter defending Shaq like "That's what [Kobe/Jordan] was like he's just challenging them to be better!" as if there's not a difference between being the best player on a championship level team getting at teammates in practice vs. a big bloated old timer talking shit on a TV show

it’s fun to have it on after a good game, the appeal is not really in basketball analysis altho they do sometimes say interesting things about basketball or the NBA as a culture

shaq is straight up a dullard with nothing to say tho

the subtext of the show often feels like "maybe tonight is the night shaq will crack chuck's skull"

shaq also fucked around for a good portion of his career and has no credibility to challenge anyone to be better or whatever he was trying to do
