have you watched closely enough to notice his pre-shot process on free throws this season? i've heard media people allude to his process being really bad and inconsistent.

Zach LaVine is averaging 28.3 points on 63.4% TS. 39.6% from 3 on 9.3 attempts per game.

38.6% on 5.8 pull-up 3s per game. 43.8% on catch-and-shoot 3s.

not sure exactly what they're referring to here but it's amazing they haven't found a way to fix it given his Kobe-like dedication to the game

i think they were saying his prep is inconsistent, like sometimes he takes a million dribbles, other times he's rushing. hasn't found a routine that works for him that he can stick to.

The levert thing is pretty fishy tbh.... how did he pass his physical?

oh yeah, i read that whole feature. there's kind of a weird media narrative about how competitive giannis is which i assume comes from the fact that he doesn't give the media much else to talk about.

In other news ja is back in action. And Kd had 42 alongside a 30 point trip dub by harden in a win. That team is gonna be so weird to watch once Kyrie gets back and they settle in. Can they find a way to be a top ten defense? I don’t see a path to that with their roster.

kyrie - one of the worst defenders in the league
harden - were all familiar with his work
kd - good to great when locked in, not always locked in, unclear what the situ is re major injury recovery
joe harris - actually have no idea
dre jordan - cooked
landry shamet - doesnt look like a good defender
jeff greem - gotta be cooked right

tbf the best defense is a good having james harden and kevin durant to score a lot of points

they shd try to trade kyrie for defense lol
