lag∞n, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 01:43 (five years ago)

The Jazz were 47% from 3 in this game and the nuggets were 46%

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 01:45 (five years ago)

tnt table shows if u win the third quarter you win the game. it's like I always say, you can't win the games without winning the quarters

k3vin k., Wednesday, 26 August 2020 03:21 (five years ago)

the game is comprised of quarters ergo you must win them in order to win it

lag∞n, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 03:32 (five years ago)

when you add up all the quarters together you get one whole game so to me this adds up (i know math)

Clay, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 03:39 (five years ago)

thats crazy

"Would it be nice if, in a perfect world, we all say we're not playing, and the owner of the Milwaukee Bucks—that's going to trickle down. If he steps up to the plate and puts pressure on the district attorney's office, and state's attorney, and governors, and politicians there to make real change and get some justice."

yep

lag∞n, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:17 (five years ago)

wow, nate mcmillan got fired

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:31 (five years ago)

The perfect coach for the pacers would be Larry Brown if he was 10-30 years younger

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:32 (five years ago)

they just extended his contract lol

lag∞n, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:38 (five years ago)

I honestly think that with a good coach and a healthy season the sky’s the limit for them.

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:41 (five years ago)

indy org not looking super reliable

WHY DID THEY PUT IN THE STATEMENT THAT HE IS 3-16 IN THE PLAYOFFS?!?!

Just an utterly classless move. https://t.co/z1v7Y9mCfr

lag∞n, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:42 (five years ago)

isnt nate gonna win coach of the year?

Spottie, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:42 (five years ago)

Well it happened

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:43 (five years ago)

must be more to it than just the "coaching" cos he didnt have his best player for most of the year and then lost their other best player for the playoffs.

Spottie, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:44 (five years ago)

Everyone knows Nate sucks

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:47 (five years ago)

Literally every tweet about nate McMillan for years has been about how he sucks and now we’re supposed to act like this is a shock

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:47 (five years ago)

he def sucks but whyyyyy extend then fire lol

Spottie, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:48 (five years ago)

lag∞n, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:49 (five years ago)

aaand indy has hurt their chances of getting someone better by the way theyve handled this

lag∞n, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:52 (five years ago)

Rockets coach Mike D’Antoni — in the final year of his contract — will be an Indiana target should he become available, sources tell ESPN.

it was a fake extension, basically picking up a team option for next year and adding a team option for the year after.

i don't think nate sucked, i think they did need to modernize the offense. maybe he wasn't open to doing that. not sure what to expect going forward b/c i'm not sure oladipo will ever be right and if he's not they're firmly on the 5-seed treadmill.

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:54 (five years ago)

if they can keep the guy who does their defense and get d'antoni that's an upgrade

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:54 (five years ago)

everyone saying its dantoni

lag∞n, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 15:54 (five years ago)

hmm it seems like with dan tony they wont need a big center but will need a big versatile wing...

it was two weeks ago tho

lag∞n, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 16:20 (five years ago)

Spottie, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 16:24 (five years ago)

wonder if all this corporate approved activism isnt just exacerbating the players dissatisfaction

lag∞n, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 16:48 (five years ago)

i’m not sure what to make of all this. i find the roundabout discussion and leaking to the press about what the players are considering they might do to be a bit bizarre. the speculation is natural/unavoidable to some degree but if they feel like they want to protest the game they should just protest the game. they have all the power right now.

J0rdan S., Wednesday, 26 August 2020 16:50 (five years ago)

but they are a party to it as well. the NBA prides itself on the relationship between adam silver and the players but they also never cross him even tho collectively they are far powerful than him.

J0rdan S., Wednesday, 26 August 2020 16:51 (five years ago)

for instance i have no idea why the players just accepted the NBA having extremely strict limits on what could be worn on the backs of jerseys. dame lillard wasn’t allowed to wear oscar grant’s name... the policy is crazy restrictive. maybe there were behind the scenes negotiations but if the NBA approving their activism was a problem for the players they could have agitated far more than anyone did on one of the key components of bubble activism

J0rdan S., Wednesday, 26 August 2020 16:54 (five years ago)

yeah sure they agreed and now theyre seeing how toothless it is

lag∞n, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 16:55 (five years ago)

the difference between WNBA players and NBA players is really striking on this matter and WNBA players are far more vulnerable/less powerful than NBA players

J0rdan S., Wednesday, 26 August 2020 16:56 (five years ago)

They didn’t want Meyers Leonard to put the 14 words on there

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 26 August 2020 16:56 (five years ago)
