lebron has been carrying nba teams on his shoulders since he was 18 years old. That's 17 years and counting. he's also been a multi-hundred-millionaire for most of that time, personally managing his brand and his wealth. plenty of wear and tear, both mentally and physically in those jobs.

they've also created the illusion of the restarted season having meaning... if you had the playoff teams playing vs each other simply for seeding purposes nobody would care because there's not even home court
