its really the long twos thatve fallen off a cliff, down by 50% in that chart, wldve expect the in between game to have increased feels like floaters are a bigger deal now but its pretty stable in those charts

btw noticed that harden takes a not that common shot all the time now, its an in between shot thats a runner rather than a floater like he doesnt stop to shoot it he takes it on the move, and hits it like crazy, sometimes its even kinda a half hook too, creative man

I only watched the first half and he didn’t really seem to have it going, looks like he played better in the second. he actually hasn’t looked as good since coming back from injury, wonder if something is lingering

expecting him to play how he did to start the season all the time is a lot

shooting 31.7% from three on the season. his free throw rate and percentages look good. hovering around 60% true shooting. got to get that three percentage up to at least league average tho.

theres really not any reason for him to take such difficult 3s when he can get anywhere on the court he wants

yeah there’s so many times where he takes a shot from 4 or 5 feet from behind the line when he’s already lost his defender beyond any hope

then again I feel like I read somewhere in the past couple years that NBA dudes don’t really lose too much accuracy taking deeper threes, but maybe I’m misremembering
