so now everyone knows they don't want to play him at the 4 and that he wants a big contract, yes very opportune time to explore the trade market

this is probably true but a lot of the preseason stuff i read suggested they wanted to see how it looked with turner and sabonis. money does top everything but seems like they no longer care how it looks.

sabonis worth is hard to establish. hes a both a 4/5 tweener and a starter/bench tweener.

his best fit is as a sixth man which caps playoff value

xp yeah. it seems like there's a contingent that really likes him because his value is always discussed as if it's higher than that.

turners a great role player and defender, and you could picture him playing 38mpg on a team that goes to the finals. even though sabonis has a much broader skill set its really hard to see him playing that many minutes for a truly top level team

i'm gonna enjoy watching Hunter this year. he plays some godly defense.

trae looks a lot more locked in on D too. he's moving his feet and keeping his man in front of him which is a vast improvement on last year's D.

If trae is still locked in by January this will be much realer news.

I don’t understand why Sabonis and Turner wouldn’t be a good fit

Seems like people think Sabonis is a pure center but he’s got the wingspan of a shooting guard and doesn’t really offer anything defensively. To me that’s a power forward!

oh they definitely can play together, especially against bigger lineups.

steph gonna do some things for sure but defenses are gonna be locked in on him, dlo gonna have to be consistent

a lot the over under numbers look too high to me but i guess someone has to win the games

I predict that the previously unstoppable GSW dynasty will not prevail this season, nor will there be a new Raptors dynasty to replace it. Other than that I am bad at predicting NBA seasons in advance and will refrain from it itt.
