he can for now. i don't think he'll be able to defend 4s for much longer

the heat declined to trade josh richardson to the wolves for butler, i was wondering if they would be able to get the trade done w/o him in it

I have never seen matt barnes punditing before but his voice and overall demeanor are completely at odds with what I would have expected. he sounds...well spoken, deliberate, thoughtful?

i mean, horford and embiid are both centers. i don't think it's crazy to question whether you can play two centers at once in today's nba

perk seems like a great guy but he should not be doing media.

josh richardson was already pretty good as like a no 2 option... as a 3 and D player he'll be awesome

horford did play a fair amount of 4 in boston but yeah he was the 5 in their closing/clutch lineups. the sixers just seem to put together these very weird teams. this group is going to be a nightmare to score against at least for a year or two but it's such a weird group on offense.

obv they *can* play together at points in the regular season when the games don't really matter. but in the playoffs everyone goes small. maybe the sixers will exploit that.... or maybe not

Maybe Philly is hoping the NBA revokes the in-the-cylinder rule and replaces it with live-ball-after-touching-rim.

that sixers lineup doesnt have a lot of shot creating, on the other hand everyone is 7 feet tall

seeing a lot of tweets and comments about how embiid and horford can fill in for each other while one of them rests which is basically just depressing

so... kemba, kyrie and jimmy butler are all getting the same contract

i like dragic for dallas... he's still good and is basically an expiring contract. i think he can play off the ball plus has the slovenian connection w/ luka

it's nice for luka but they're going to have a tough time w/perimeter defense. i've always liked dragic but this is just a little too late. i can't find a mavs cap sheet...if this lets them get back into free agency next year it's better.

the problem is no one is a FA next year except like draymond
