Oh yeah their gameplan and execution were top notch. They did not give they dubs much transition opportunity. Klay seemed to be swallows up by their defense especially.

Siakam was amazing last night. His reluctance to shoot during the Milwaukee series--and early in last night's game--was baffling. When he sunk that one shot--the 1lth, I think, the blind over-the-shoulder shot--I literally laughed out loud.

I find the Warriors terrifying, last night notwithstanding. Right up till the last minute, I was waiting for them to go on a 9-point run in 45 seconds and blow past Toronto before they blinked.

seems like siakam's confidence still comes and goes in these big games. when he sees one or two go in he's a different player.

having a hard time trying to root against this groovy raptors team :(

if anything I was little jealous of raps fans last night being able to feel that first finals win at home and all that angst being washed away, crazy atmosphere and what a win. took me back to feelings I had during the 14-15 title run.

I want this warriors team to win obv really badly and I haven't had sports anxiety going into the finals since kd joined, but for this series I do. I have no prediction of how this will go. feel like it would be major validation doing it without KD but it's going to be really hard, they are so much thinner compared to pre-kd era and have to fight complacency. and this raptors team is hungry and... not the Cavs.

btw here's a story that I swear I am not making up - after the Bucks dropped Game 5 on the way to work I saw a deer on the grass on the side of the road lying sideways, kicking its hooves wildly, having clearly been hit by a car very recently. after elimination I drove to work the same way and that same deer was now dead on the side of the road.
