Kev otm shaq was pretty fun up until his late career. Dwight just wanted to be like shaq and failed. Embiid is fun I’m a fan but could see it going sour VERY fast. He’s done some pretty dickish and petty things tho for sure. He’s a bad sulky loser for one, not a fan of that side of him. I like how he’s willing to call other centers out and back it up (drummond, whiteside etc)

Gotta say I’m proud of Brett brown for doing stuff. Made the right choice to sit TJ and play jimmy at backup PG. jimmy is now involved and unlocked. Moved embiid to siakim, jimmy to Lowry, Ben to kawhi and tobi to gasol. Rolling with a 7 man lineup and hoping that one of Ennis or Scott knocks down a few shots and keeps the defense honest. Working out currently.

On the other side... not much nurse can do about cowards.

embiid is a decent counter balance to the moody millennials durant and kyrie

and it sure beats a teammate the revels in farting up the locker room

Nurse has to sit gasol right? The best version of this team was when Ibaka was starting center no?

also put simmons more in the mix off the ball setting screens and cutting rather than parking him halfway down the baseline which gummed everything up

Kawhi OFF:
56.7 offense, 109.7 defense

the struggles to date of the east top 4 dont bode well for their hopes of challenging the warriors. i expected the raptors would be much better in the offs tbh

theyd probably like to have valenciunas and delon wright about now

i doubt it. if the raptors are having problems scoring w/ kawhi off the floor i think the blame falls mostly on the ball dominant PG making $31 million whose been on the team for 7 years

the whole theory of toronto was to play swarming lockdown defense and figure it out on offense so it’s a problem when the swarming lockdown defense doesn’t show.

also maybe embiid’s career scoring avg against memphis wasn’t a sample size worth making major decisions on.

it's weird to see any NBA player described as "only an average athlete"

middletons a lil better now but tatums obvs going to have a much better career

i just think you underrate middleton and overrate tatum a little is all. tatum's gonna get traded this offseason and you'll never think about him again anyway.

middletons a classic borderline allstar type which is p much tatums floor
