Clay, Monday, 22 April 2019 01:17 (seven years ago)

only one team in the 2nd round currently...not looking good for the rest of the field

ciderpress, Monday, 22 April 2019 01:42 (seven years ago)

if no one else makes it to the second round the celtics are declared champs

lag∞n, Monday, 22 April 2019 02:11 (seven years ago)

Clay, Monday, 22 April 2019 02:15 (seven years ago)

Clay, Monday, 22 April 2019 03:10 (seven years ago)

ciderpress, Monday, 22 April 2019 03:33 (seven years ago)

Clay, Monday, 22 April 2019 04:18 (seven years ago)

the thunder have been broken for months but still a pretty nice feather for dame & CJ to beat russ & PG

J0rdan S., Monday, 22 April 2019 04:58 (seven years ago)

pretty satisfying to see those two step up and play well

but I can't let Trae do it I got Huerter on my mind (Spottie), Monday, 22 April 2019 06:28 (seven years ago)

Also from @ESPNStatsInfo: This is the 29th time in Westbrook's playoff career that he missed at least 15 shots, which is 8 more games than any other player since Westbrook's first playoff appearance in 2009-10.

challop: russ is actually bad at basketball

be the 2 chainz you want 2 see in the world (m bison), Monday, 22 April 2019 10:46 (seven years ago)

in 20 years there's going to be a lot of squinting at his actual stats. "but he played so hard and he really cared!"

call all destroyer, Monday, 22 April 2019 12:07 (seven years ago)

i think russ is a great regular season player. it's hard to deny his impact on games night in and night out for the reasons you joke about... his MVP season especially i think the praise was justified, he carried a pretty sorry team just by force of will. but all that same stuff makes him a particularly frustrating playoff player when paired with the... realities of his game.

J0rdan S., Monday, 22 April 2019 14:19 (seven years ago)

he did average 23-6-6 on 43% shooting in the playoffs the one year they made the finals to his credit

J0rdan S., Monday, 22 April 2019 14:21 (seven years ago)

he's a con artist

ciderpress, Monday, 22 April 2019 14:24 (seven years ago)

russ is a weirdo

lag∞n, Monday, 22 April 2019 14:57 (seven years ago)

doesnt really have an elite skill in the halfcourt

lag∞n, Monday, 22 April 2019 14:58 (seven years ago)

He’s a stat chasing AI

EZ Snappin, Monday, 22 April 2019 15:10 (seven years ago)

frogbs, Monday, 22 April 2019 16:40 (seven years ago)

lol good box out

lag∞n, Monday, 22 April 2019 16:43 (seven years ago)

russ has been a floor-raiser in the regular season but unless his shot comes back somewhat those days are over.

call all destroyer, Monday, 22 April 2019 18:39 (seven years ago)

yeah it's true... in that sense he's worse than like lamarcus aldridge now

J0rdan S., Monday, 22 April 2019 19:06 (seven years ago)

hes not even really putting pressure on the defense or attacking that much any more, just really angry pull ups from midrange and three

but I can't let Trae do it I got Huerter on my mind (Spottie), Monday, 22 April 2019 19:11 (seven years ago)

wow looks like kyrie is the best sorry

How impressive is #PlayoffKyrie?

Here's what he's done in the postseason...
- Has never lost a first-round playoff game (16-0)
- Has the highest playoff winning percentage of any player in NBA history (minimum of 50 games)https://t.co/Ff8wbihYyW pic.twitter.com/uI84AgSTFO

lag∞n, Monday, 22 April 2019 19:46 (seven years ago)

Tonight's games seem lacking in suspense.

someone just told me in the hockey playoffs the top two seeds are out in the first round and the 3 and 4 might be

lag∞n, Monday, 22 April 2019 23:28 (seven years ago)

sharks vs knights game last night was so good.

yeah hockey playoffs are insanely random

call all destroyer, Monday, 22 April 2019 23:40 (seven years ago)

you'd think that the best team would win 4/7 but there's just way too many variables

but I can't let Trae do it I got Huerter on my mind (Spottie), Monday, 22 April 2019 23:45 (seven years ago)

as kevin arnovitz once said every goal in hockey seems like it was scored by accident

call all destroyer, Monday, 22 April 2019 23:47 (seven years ago)

an argument could be made that nba playoff series should be shorter to increase randomness, more exciting upsets etc

micah, Monday, 22 April 2019 23:51 (seven years ago)

a hard fought back and forth nba seven game series? well theres nothing better in all of sport baby!

lag∞n, Monday, 22 April 2019 23:52 (seven years ago)

if u want excitement and randomness and dont really get good basketball and most importantly playoff adjustments march madness is pretty good

lag∞n, Monday, 22 April 2019 23:53 (seven years ago)
