i think choosing not to resign julius randle was defensible... still hard to picture him on the floor w bron especially w/ a third big (lopez). letting lopez walk when he was like scientifically engineered to be the perfect low cost center for a lebron team was completely indefensible tho

also think rondo has been fine for them... giving $12 million to KCP on the first day of free agency when he has..... never been good?.... and when his first 1 year big money deal there was just to fill cap space when they weren't trying to win was a low key horrific move

I think randle would be fine for that team, they could live messed with the lineup and let him eat up 25/30 mins off the bench bulldozing 2nd units. He would’ve been cheap is the thing.

ultimately i think lopez and randle are kinda fools gold type players but yeah the lakers mightve made the playoffs at least if they had them

maybe kawhi + brow works but i dont see that happening

rondo was not a defensible signing man, he had a career year on like his 3rd team in 3 seasons and has been complete garbage this year
