marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 17:53 (seven years ago)

shooter shooter

lag∞n, Thursday, 7 February 2019 17:55 (seven years ago)

considerate to get another guy for your playoff opponents to abuse

lag∞n, Thursday, 7 February 2019 17:55 (seven years ago)

Adrian Wojnarowski

Bucks will send Jason Smith and Stanley Johnson to Pelicans for Mirotic, per source.

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 17:57 (seven years ago)

so thats all it took to get him?

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 17:57 (seven years ago)

mirotic was another guy I wouldn’t have minded the nuggets taking a look at, especially for that price

k3vin k., Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:00 (seven years ago)

lol

Hearing that the Mirotic trade will net New Orleans four second-round picks

Marc to Charlotte looks to be going down tlho not sure of this guys credibility

I'm told the preliminary reports of Biyombo, Williams/Kidd-Gilchrist, and a protected first round were fairly accurate.

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:08 (seven years ago)

damn that really isnt much

lag∞n, Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:11 (seven years ago)

really weird i guess this is their play to convince kemba to stay?

ciderpress, Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:15 (seven years ago)

the buyout market is gonna be competitive this year.

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:22 (seven years ago)

Mirotic is gonna be a pretty good fit in Bud's offense I think

frogbs, Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:27 (seven years ago)

Bobby Marks@BobbyMarks42

Houston is now $634K below the luxury tax after the Nik Stauskas and Wade Baldwin IV trade to Indiana. The Rockets currently have 13 players under contract and are expected to be active once again in the buyout market. Houston had $565,513 in cash available to send out.

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:30 (seven years ago)

cool that the rockets spent most of the deadline getting under the tax

Toronto is planning to send Jonas Valanciunas, Delon Wright, CJ Milles and a 2024 second-round pick to the the Grizzlies for Gasol, league sources tell ESPN.

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:56 (seven years ago)

that defense is gonna be touuuuuuugh

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:57 (seven years ago)

lowry, green, kawhi, siakim, gasol.....

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:57 (seven years ago)

dunno about that one

ciderpress, Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:57 (seven years ago)

i respect it but its gonna be a lot to incorporate gasol into their style of play

lag∞n, Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:58 (seven years ago)

and ibaka has been playing great

lag∞n, Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:59 (seven years ago)

hes the small ball center

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:59 (seven years ago)

that's a lot of guys to give up for marc

call all destroyer, Thursday, 7 February 2019 18:59 (seven years ago)

true part of torontos strength has been having a lot of guys

lag∞n, Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:00 (seven years ago)

Robin Lopez just said he feels bad for Nikola Mirotic because Mirotic has had the “superior” experience of playing with him and now has to play with Brook.

def eats at their depth. but depth only really helps you a ton in the reg season and/or for insurance

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:01 (seven years ago)

i think depth is good in the playoffs too it gives you matchup flexibility

lag∞n, Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:02 (seven years ago)

marc has been bad since november. i don't know how much he can help, especially in the playoffs.

call all destroyer, Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:04 (seven years ago)

need to find the right role for him, not sure what that is currently

lag∞n, Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:05 (seven years ago)

20-25 minutes a night like what bogut did near the end of his run on gsw

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:07 (seven years ago)

from r/nba

This is insane Lebron leaves and every eastern team is ready for war

frogbs, Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:09 (seven years ago)

the east 2nd round playoffs and on are gonna be really good. shame that oladipo got hurt

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:11 (seven years ago)

idk that seems like a pretty slam dunk trade to me for the raptors... all 3 of those guys are outside the team's top 7 in terms of minutes per game

J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:12 (seven years ago)

delon wright is a pretty smooth finisher but sheesh is that really all they could get for marc

J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:13 (seven years ago)

marc gasol isn't cracking that top 7 on a lot of nights

call all destroyer, Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:14 (seven years ago)

eh i think he'll eat into serge's minutes

J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:17 (seven years ago)

he’s been extremely bad for most of the season

k3vin k., Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:19 (seven years ago)

even if all they're doing is replacing valanciunas -- who is essentially unplayable in the playoffs -- with gasol for the price of cj miles (who doesn't play) and delon wright (who has to be paid next season) that seems like theft to me

J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:21 (seven years ago)

the idea that he doesn't fit on the team makes no sense to me... he's clearly a small ball 5 on a team that is loaded with wings and guards

J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:22 (seven years ago)

his scoring has been bad but hes a great passer and still solid on D. should be tasked wtih much less on offense than he was handling in memphis, efficiency should come back up

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:22 (seven years ago)

Gortat waved. he's beyond cooked

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:23 (seven years ago)

rip

lag∞n, Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:25 (seven years ago)

his rim protection has slipped quite a bit, but his passing will always be valuable

simmy simmy ya, simmy yam simmy yay (voodoo chili), Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:25 (seven years ago)

mirotic in milwaukee seems genius

J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:26 (seven years ago)

i hate the tobias harris trade even more after the gasol and mirotic trades

J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:26 (seven years ago)

xp yes that one is good

call all destroyer, Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:26 (seven years ago)

this is like a whole new season starting hah

marcos smart (Spottie), Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:27 (seven years ago)

gasol seems like a decent bet but no "slam dunk"

lag∞n, Thursday, 7 February 2019 19:27 (seven years ago)
