re the philly trade they really need to "hit a home run" on the buyout market like they did last year to make it work their bench is just such garbage, and theres the issue of incorporating another guy who need touches but harris is the jack of all trades type who should be able to fit in a lil easier than a ball dominant player like say jimmy butler, if the dominos do fall right i cld see them making the finals, the dominos prob wont tho

i think ppl are underestimating the time it takes for these super teams to gel, and again this is an arranged marriage one where some of the participants don't have that much incentive to see it thru. lucky for them the raptors and celtics are still fitting pieces together too but the sixers are pretty much starting from scratch halfway thru the season and hoping to make the finals. good luck!

xp otm. i keep seeing these headlines like "sixers going all in this year" and i'm like all in means you got....tobias harris? he's good! but i'm not really sure what kind of improvement i'm supposed to be expecting.

yeah i mean i wld bet against the gelling, but one never knows thats a lot of talent, just gotta get hot at the right time and so forth

harris is a good fit in that he can shoot and play D but doesnt need to dribble too much

great shooter, i don't think he's an amazing defensive player, not sure he's going to want to stand in the corner which is what he's going to end up doing.

the right coach cld maybe figure this situation out..... lol

like they had ways of getting better that didn't involve cashing out for a guy who's a little too good to be a role player and a little too bad to be a star.

philly has a ton of size, they shd try to leverage that or whatever

if the sixers flame out and jimmy walks they'll essentially have given up saric, covington, their 2018 first round pick, two other first round picks including miami's unprotected and three second round picks and ended up with tobias harris
