i think luka is a huge talent but a bunch of what were seeing w his ~stats profile~ is a combination of going on heater being given too big a load for a rookie and just the state of the game

like last years jayson tatum cldve put up similar numbers as luka the last two months (minus the assists which tbf is a huge minus)

tho..... theres prob an argument for attacking the close out and walking right into a wide open midrange shot, its so much easier

maybe only use the sidestep when u cant get a wide open ~18ftr

he showed up in the playoffs too which matters, but if tatum's rookie season hinted at all-NBA potential, luka's is hinting at perennial MVP candidate

btw I am rooting for the celtics to get davis because I think kyrie/AD would be more fun than late 30s bron/AD, also they're in the east and fuck the lakers

Lowe called Simmons for Davis the most obvious choice for both sides, they brought up the Agent difference. None of them said anything about PHL not deciding to make an offer which is an indicator of where that Haynes report came from.

otm, it seems like a way of minimizing both of them.

tehre hasnt been a classic guard + big man team comp in the finals for a while but that's mostly because of one Lebron James not because its bad now
