apart from the the obvious big stats achievers, steve adams' play was excellent in the minutes I saw him play. looks like he'll be icing that ankle all night, tho.

i was wondering tonight if steven adams turning into a legitimately very good center in any way even kinda mitigates the damage of the harden trade

i did listen to the jim petersen thing, it was only 26 minutes. i believe him but there are def some sour grapes about loss of access and workplace dynamics that probably didn't make a huge difference as far as the actual basketball team.

seems like an organization where insider status is a valuable thing.

yeah the didnt play the politics right argument isnt that compelling, like if he had been arguing for treating people well in general fine, but being mad that they didnt show important people respect well who gives a care frankly

hes thinks the process is the best smartest ever believes in catch all stats and doesnt really seem to understand scheme plays context etc, generally engages in a very-baseball like dialectic between stats and vibes which just seems irrelevant to nba thought in this year of 2019
