spurs have won 7 of their last 8, each win by double figures. the defense is not bad and their offense is cooking. less emphasis on demar as a scorer and more as a distributor, esp to outside shooters. forbes, bertans, marco belinelli all stepping up.

Anyone else catch the clippers warriors game? Peak kd and curry and the clippers hung in cos they hit 18/23 threes. Curry hit a game winning layup. Klays weird season continues as well.

I thought Klay was having a super rough year as volume 3PT shooter ... but Eric Gordon and Booker both have a worse 3PT% on 7+ attempts a game. Regression to the mean going to be sweet if it happens - each is down 5-8% on 3PT% relative to career. Give Klay a toaster to sign.

maybe! but Luka needs to play point

tuff sitch cause him and luka are prob a bad fit defensively because they are both bad at defense with little hope of being good due to physical limitations (tho not a bad fit offensively having two creators is great, and i mean maybe it cld work defensively if u play luka at the 3 on D and get good defenders at the other positions u might be able to kinda hide them or maybe both of them can elevate their defense to passable, might be the best bet, tho dsj still needs to improve his shooting too)

but a players 2nd season is not generally the peak of their trade value due to them not actually being good at basketball yet and the rookie shine having worn off

maybe the mavs think dsj never gonna be that good and are looking to unload him before everyone else figures it out or maybe they think he is gonna be good and someone will give them a nice deal idk

i mean dsj does have alot to recommend him a super athletic guy who can break down the D is a very good type of player to be, he hasnt really ~figured it out~ yet but i mean hes young and theres a good chance he will

were in an era where most players need to be told that they cant play like steph curry and shd just take normal shots

trying to play like steph is doubly bad since then u never learn how to get normal shots

steph already ruined pickup ball now he has sights set on NBA, he must be stopped
