the core seven of the current team: 2 by trade, 2 by free agency, 3 by draft. what's the legitimacy quotient on that?

5:2 legitimacy ratio, pretty good, and if they trade for brow who wld be their best player then its even better, prob hayward wld be in that trade too so then horf wld be the only free agent signing left, also most ppl werent even that impressed by picking him up but now theyre starting to appreciate the genius of horf, overall a pretty legit team, way more so than yr warriors or heat and so forth

we need a stat that measures a team's legitimacy ratio against a replacement level legitimacy ratio, weighted for market size, previous championships won, and number of times your gm has been fleeced by danny ainge.

2008 celtics (the proto super team) was all homegrown or trades for a perfect legitimacy score of 100

hm the warriors have 4/1 ratio as their starting lineup. not bad

for the warriors its better to use our adjusted legitimacy ratio metric which takes into account that they added a top 5 player via free agency after putting up the best regular season record ever and blew a 3-1 finals lead, also factors in that the free agent is a lil bitch, the parking lot call will affect the score somewhat too

long story short our metric shows the warriors sullied pristine legitimacy resulting in a total bummer rating of 100 for the whole league
