Pacers were going to be the team that the Magic were bidding against, but don’t think Pacers made a serious offer. IIRC, Pacers could’ve offered an amount that would’ve capped out the Magic, maybe?

Would’ve gummed up Pacers’ future signings, m/l would’ve been the extra star for Oladipo to grow with. That Gordon contract looks so good right now. Not really sure how Gordon would work on a team with Sabonis and Turner, but feel like that’s a good problem to have / Gordon’s contract looks like an asset in the very least.

Sooner they cut ties with Leaf the better – dying to get more floor time for Holiday, Sumner and Ike. Also feel bad that there’s such a pileup for bigs already and OQuinn never gets playing time, and he’s a nice roster dude!

the bulls said publicly they wanted to sign this guy longterm before he even coached a game and he couldn't even make it a week without a full on public mutiny. hard to think of a more clear sign of complete organizational dysfunction. the bulls are turning into the knicks.

also all the players told the media they wanted to have a meeting instead of practice and then the coach was like no no that was *my* idea.

there's more! Coach said he lied to players about wanting to have a practice, he only ever intended there to be a meeting. He lied to them to see if they would all still show up anyway, due to trusting him that he wouldn't make them have a practice.
