i think honestly the rules have to make it easier for defenders to fight through screens or otherwise be more physical. i think thats how you can get those 3s to be more difficult without messing with the court.

i think moving the line back (and widening the court) might be the solution tho, itd get the borderline chuckers off the shot AND having to guard a further 3pt line wld open up more space inside the arc for traditionalists to operate
