for whatever reasons, and not to discount Jimmy's talent at all, but the team just feels cohesive in a way that it hasn't for a long long time right now...at least this stretch of games. just feels like people know what their role is and KAT is feeling more confident to take control on offense, and we're switching a lot more on D

I have an issue with uncreative initials (especially ones that aren't actual initials, like RWB for Russell Westbrook), initials and numbers (CP3), or shit abbreviations (RoCo) that sound like NASDAQ listings.

RWB and RoCo suck, for some reason CP3 is okay to me

My biggest issue with CP3 is it has more syllables than Chris Paul. That's fine if it's a nickname, but CP3 rides that abbreviation/nickname line so it gets a NOPE.

the weird thing is almost all players have better non-awkward sounding players-only or personal-life nicknames that are normal and cool like "juice" or "milk" that the media is too lazy and lame to find out about and use

the names the media likes are all some nerd shit like the round mound of rebound

then the names the internet likes are RWB because typing is hard

i dont think rwb is a nickname tho, just shorthand

theres some sort of overlap like it all dates back to kmart, which was actually a hilarious nickname but also shorthand
