Spottie, Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:45 (seven years ago)

76ers lost to the cavs yikes

Spottie, Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:45 (seven years ago)

sixers box score is weird. 4 guys put up 20+ but basically no one else scored

Clay, Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:47 (seven years ago)

the sixers have 4 good players so basically makes sense

call all destroyer, Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:48 (seven years ago)

They need a PF badly

Spottie, Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:52 (seven years ago)

They should def make a move for Jamychel Green

Spottie, Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:52 (seven years ago)

bucks arent that good theyre just rolling

― lag∞n, Friday, November 23, 2018 10:39 PM (four minutes ago)

ehh they're not +12.9 per 100 possessions, but they're a legit threat in the east imo. the raptors are probably the only team in that conference who I'd feel confident putting above them

k3vin k., Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:53 (seven years ago)

sixers have a negative point differential btw strange

k3vin k., Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:54 (seven years ago)

they need....a couple guys.

w chandler, muscala, shamet, mcconnell, amir is brutal.

the celtics are better

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:54 (seven years ago)

than everyone

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:57 (seven years ago)

i haven't checked the stats this year but last year the sixers positive differentials were entirely due to embiid iirc.

call all destroyer, Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:57 (seven years ago)

lakers have a lineup out here of ball-lebron-ingram-kuzma-tyson and its v v TALL

21st savagery fox (m bison), Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:58 (seven years ago)

it's getting interesting.....saric is gone, fultz is a mess, simmons may end up being a pretty limited player. if the result of the process is embiid and not much else it's going to take some creativity to build a contender.

call all destroyer, Saturday, 24 November 2018 03:59 (seven years ago)

lmao brook lopez has shot well from 3 this year but he went 0 for 12 from distance tonight, woof.

21st savagery fox (m bison), Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:01 (seven years ago)

Fultz thing really threw a wrench in the process. I bet they don’t do the jimmy thing of Fultz was developing as they imagined he would.

Spottie, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:01 (seven years ago)

ha jamal crawford hits the game winner to be the bucks

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:01 (seven years ago)

Jamal Crawford game winner lol

i think im ready to admit that there is too much three pt shooting going on

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:02 (seven years ago)

Except for .... the warriors

Spottie, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:03 (seven years ago)

not sure what to do about it even if you moved the line back teams wld prob just keep taking more because theyve been driven insane by the siren on of the 3pt line

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:03 (seven years ago)

btw the jazz have played like cheeks this year, donovan mitchell's shooting numbers are .424/.303 (7 attempts/game)/.803

21st savagery fox (m bison), Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:04 (seven years ago)

i do like the idea of widening the court and making the line uniform distance, get rid of those standing around corner snipers at least

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:04 (seven years ago)

im gonna be sad if mitchell just turns out to be a chucker hes a cool player

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:05 (seven years ago)

court widening would be a positive development

call all destroyer, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:06 (seven years ago)

yeah maybe even throw in a little more extra space so guys arent always stepping out of bounds

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:07 (seven years ago)

Keep the court width (because they are not sacrificing their most expensive seats) but don't shorten the line. Make it uniform and eliminate the corner 3s.

EZ Snappin, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:09 (seven years ago)

we're well over a year into this and zach collins face keeps freaking me out

call all destroyer, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:09 (seven years ago)

Widening the court would open things up even more for pace n space think it would have the adverse affect of what you’re looking for

Spottie, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:10 (seven years ago)

im in favor of more space

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:11 (seven years ago)

and pace

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:11 (seven years ago)

but some times these games just look like a 3pt contest idk

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:11 (seven years ago)

they wldnt be sacrificing expensive seats theyd just get moved back a bit, youd lose a few seats but those are either the ones at the back of the lower bowl or the very worst seats depending on how u look at it

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:12 (seven years ago)

but just not having the line in the corners is interesting

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:15 (seven years ago)

might be too big of an advantage for the D idk

lag∞n, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:16 (seven years ago)

yeah if the corners become negative-value spots spacing is going to get really bad

call all destroyer, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:17 (seven years ago)

i think widening would reduce the value of corner shots from stiffs who have just figured out how to hoist while also giving more room to guys who like to operate in the elbows and high post. seems like a win overall.

call all destroyer, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:19 (seven years ago)

I don’t see the 3 pt revolution continuing to rise too much. It’s been plateaued for a few years now no? I know the beginning of this season has been nuts but it will even out I think.

Spottie, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:19 (seven years ago)

as i understand it 3pt percentage has plateaued while attempt rate has gone up. so basically guys have gotten better at easy 3s which has caused them to take harder 3s which has kept things flat.

call all destroyer, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:22 (seven years ago)

Yeah, the league stays around 35%, but attempts in 2000 were a hair under 14 a game. This season so far it's 31 a game. That's not gonna drop.

EZ Snappin, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:24 (seven years ago)

Adopt the international goaltending rules so the ball is live above the cylinder. Eliminate corner threes. Make it about quality of shot not quantity.

He's the best facsimile of Steph Curry.

EZ Snappin, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:27 (seven years ago)

i think int'l goaltending rules are fine. but eliminating corner 3s altogether will really gum up the game.

call all destroyer, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:27 (seven years ago)

Yah not good

Spottie, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:29 (seven years ago)

Warriors found their identity there in the first half a bit. Let Quinn Cook try and replicate a little of what steph does and Jordan bell a little bit of what dray does.

Spottie, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:32 (seven years ago)

I think the game is mostly unwatchable as it is so I'd be happy to see how teams adapt.

xpost to cad

EZ Snappin, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:33 (seven years ago)

And really, is eliminating standing in the 5 feet at the very corner going to change much? That player will be in line with the restricted arc instead of in line with the rim.

EZ Snappin, Saturday, 24 November 2018 04:37 (seven years ago)

The jazz have got themselves some issues.
