21st savagery fox (m bison), Monday, 19 November 2018 03:17 (seven years ago)

ive been playing nba2k18 because my friend gave it to me when he got 2k19 and it's such a weird alternate universe bc i have fultz and he's very good at shooting and the announcer keep gushing over how good at shooting he is, it feels like my entire game is a lie

vote no on ilxit (Will M.), Monday, 19 November 2018 15:09 (seven years ago)

Story on ESPN: Wizards signaling a willingness to consider trade overtures on entire roster, including All-Star guards John Wall and Bradley Beal. https://t.co/LM7PiQvweB

about damn time

Spottie, Monday, 19 November 2018 16:25 (seven years ago)

beal to lakers, wall to knicks, calling it

21st savagery fox (m bison), Monday, 19 November 2018 16:30 (seven years ago)

knicks trading for wall wld be just beautiful

lag∞n, Monday, 19 November 2018 16:36 (seven years ago)

it seems like no one exactly knows what the deal with walls trade kicker is https://nba.nbcsports.com/2018/11/06/trade-john-wall-his-contract-trade-kicker-make-that-nearly-impossible/

lag∞n, Monday, 19 November 2018 16:41 (seven years ago)

why would wall deny a trade tho? i imagine he wants out just as much as the inverse. he's already signed the mega max, just go put up 20-11 on the magic or whatever

Spottie, Monday, 19 November 2018 16:50 (seven years ago)

yeah seems like theres a good chance hed be willing to waive it

lag∞n, Monday, 19 November 2018 16:58 (seven years ago)

which based on some googling seems like is always an option with trade kickers

lag∞n, Monday, 19 November 2018 16:59 (seven years ago)

btw i also found out that the team trading the player is the one that pays the kicker

lag∞n, Monday, 19 November 2018 17:02 (seven years ago)

better to pay 15% kicker than 200 million or w/e tf he is owed starting next year. I wonder if they are really ready to firesale the whole thing? how about swapping blake griffin and reggie jax for john wall and beal/otto? more of a shake up than a break down and rebuild

Spottie, Monday, 19 November 2018 18:20 (seven years ago)

ooooh that's...something i guess. not sure why detroit would do it since they could compete for low playoff seeds with what they have now and would just be swapping one bad deal for another.

21st savagery fox (m bison), Monday, 19 November 2018 19:37 (seven years ago)

well if they could get beal in there then it works cos hes a more natural fit with drummond.

Spottie, Monday, 19 November 2018 19:49 (seven years ago)

RPM out (it's early)

k3vin k., Monday, 19 November 2018 21:37 (seven years ago)

was guessing jokic would be at the top didn't realize gasol was going off too

ciderpress, Monday, 19 November 2018 21:40 (seven years ago)

well something has to explain how the grizzlies are winning games haha

k3vin k., Monday, 19 November 2018 21:42 (seven years ago)

Here’s a snapshot of the 2018-19 Real Plus-Minus data, which ESPN released today for the first time this season. Marc Gasol stands out overall. Stephen Curry, Damian Lillard, and Kemba Walker lead on offense. https://t.co/1wDZBRJ5Vq pic.twitter.com/ybq8MaN7yG

have not watched the grizz yet this year

ciderpress, Monday, 19 November 2018 21:43 (seven years ago)

wow @ Jabari taking dead last, did not know he was playing that bad

frogbs, Monday, 19 November 2018 21:57 (seven years ago)

real puss minus

lag∞n, Monday, 19 November 2018 21:58 (seven years ago)

trae young shooting has gotten worse since last time we talked about it. think it's been a few games since he hit a three. he's at 39/24 splits and. .146 from three this month

Spottie, Monday, 19 November 2018 22:08 (seven years ago)

Shams Charania @ShamsCharania

Sources on @TheAthleticNBA @WatchStadium: The Washington Wizards had a volatile practice within recent days, with verbal altercations among players and an exasperated Bradley Beal saying toward team officials: "I've been dealing with this for seven years."

Spottie, Monday, 19 November 2018 22:09 (seven years ago)

imagining him doing an exaggerated shrug

he takes insanely bad shots like he thinks hes better than steph, if he took normal 3s hed prob be fine

lag∞n, Monday, 19 November 2018 22:11 (seven years ago)

taking normal 3s is good too since it forces you to learn how to create them

lag∞n, Monday, 19 November 2018 22:12 (seven years ago)

just dribbling into a 30 footer is something anyone can do

lag∞n, Monday, 19 November 2018 22:13 (seven years ago)

wld put more pressure on the D let him get into the lane and create etc

and something the other teams will gladly let him do

Spottie, Monday, 19 November 2018 22:16 (seven years ago)

its silly really

lag∞n, Monday, 19 November 2018 22:17 (seven years ago)

curry, by contrast, shot 46/44 his rookie year. I know their ages are different but you know, the comparisons are not right outside of style of play.

Spottie, Monday, 19 November 2018 22:21 (seven years ago)

hed did some pretty steph type stuff in college but yeah i mean putting anyone next to one of the alltime great offensive players is never really gonna work

lag∞n, Monday, 19 November 2018 22:27 (seven years ago)

lmao andre

Andre Iguodala asked if Trae Young is the next Steph Curry

His response, "No." pic.twitter.com/vx0mBdCOJt

wonder if Dwight re-injuring his butt will make things more or less tense over Wiz Way.

omar little, Monday, 19 November 2018 23:51 (seven years ago)

Dwight's butt definitely an overlooked narrative this season

The Poppy Bush AutoZone (upper mississippi sh@kedown), Tuesday, 20 November 2018 00:16 (seven years ago)

wow glad i caught wind of it

ciderpress, Tuesday, 20 November 2018 00:45 (seven years ago)

Hehe

Spottie, Tuesday, 20 November 2018 00:50 (seven years ago)

i was feeling good about Washington coming into the year tbh. but cracks are certainly starting to show.

omar little, Tuesday, 20 November 2018 00:54 (seven years ago)

Don't the Suns need a point guard? Wall and Sarver sounds like a match made in heaven.

EZ Snappin, Tuesday, 20 November 2018 00:57 (seven years ago)

watched the wiz last night and idk the last time i saw a team that just obv disliked each other and plain didn't want to be out there. outside of wave papi who seems to have some joy in the game everyone else looks like they're 100% playing for the check. it's not a great scene.

Clay, Tuesday, 20 November 2018 01:51 (seven years ago)

Jazz got smoked again

Spottie, Tuesday, 20 November 2018 02:21 (seven years ago)

Spottie, Tuesday, 20 November 2018 02:25 (seven years ago)

the celtics lost again and are officially bad now

k3vin k., Tuesday, 20 November 2018 02:27 (seven years ago)

2018-19: everyone is bad now

Boban balling

Heez, Tuesday, 20 November 2018 02:41 (seven years ago)

celtics just not hitting shots

I don’t mean to keep harping on this (and I don’t even necessarily disagree), but 59.6 percent of Boston’s shots are either open or wide open, which is first in the NBA by a pretty fair amount. https://t.co/4FjKdayB0v
