Interesting breakfast!
Went to this old fashioned diner place where you sit at the counter, starting talking hoops with the guy next to me, turns out that he is Mike Muscala's uncle (Muscala played high school in the Twin Cities)....

Anyway he starts talking about the Butler thing and I guess it's been super stressful for Muscala because the guy says his brother (Muscala's dad) is a nutcase chud and was tweeting a bunch of not very veiled racist stuff about Jimmy Butler before the trade went down

Muscala got called into the front office and they had to have a big sit down with his dad then call his dad to delete the tweets and discuss how he needs to behave.... meanwhile Muscala had to talk to Jimmy about it personally and apologize so it's been hashtag awkward

just did a deep dive on jerryd bayless’ contract. it was a summer of ‘16 special (signed on 7/1 lol) when philly was looking for a decent point guard to play while ben simmons development.

then he got jumped in the rotation by tj mcconnell and now he doesn’t play.

I think Bayless dealt with a bunch of injuries. He was a p good backup when he signed the contract iirc
