the pistons were running the absolute simplest stuff down the stretch and got it done. it isn't going to be attractive but they could grind their way to a respectable record.

The Respectable Grind should replace Fighting for the 8th Seed

EZ Snappin, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:08 (seven years ago)

to me respectable grind means you have an outside shot at the 6th seed; it's a small but important difference

call all destroyer, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:10 (seven years ago)

i want the pistons to work cos i still like the idea of your two best players being bigs. we never got full-swing boogie n brow they were just starting to click when the achilles happened.

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:15 (seven years ago)

blakes had a few dud games but overall he's having a really strong season

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:16 (seven years ago)

i just have a huge soft spot for drummond; i think he's really talented and is still finding ways to improve his game

call all destroyer, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:17 (seven years ago)

can’t say i’m incredibly enthused by wesley johnson playing crunch time minutes for the pelicans

J0rdan S., Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:21 (seven years ago)

xp it was cool last year when he was dropping dimes all over the place and they ran everything through him... then blake got traded there.

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:21 (seven years ago)

KAT has like no bicep or shoulder muscles

J0rdan S., Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:23 (seven years ago)

wiggins and KAT kinda going ham

J0rdan S., Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:25 (seven years ago)

they've been freed!

call all destroyer, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:26 (seven years ago)

wow kat blocks brow then wiggins with an awesome dunk

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:26 (seven years ago)

grizz just beat the bucks in milwaukee, first home loss for them. grizz are back to their tough-to-beat ways.

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:28 (seven years ago)

mavs up 94-60 to the jazz????

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:29 (seven years ago)

update from the fiserv forum (lol).

conley and gasol are still so good. garrett temple was a steal. memphis ran a horrendous ato where they advanced the ball and then somehow didn't have anyone acting as the safety valve that runs into the backcourt but got bailed out by an off-ball foul.

call all destroyer, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:29 (seven years ago)

based on their two late atos i think bickerstaff may not know that you can throw in to the backcourt when you advance the ball

call all destroyer, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:32 (seven years ago)

haha

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:33 (seven years ago)

tonight, the KAT/saric fit looked pretty good. not too unlike the brow/mirotic pairing. but KAT has to play that hard/well every game.

J0rdan S., Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:38 (seven years ago)

warriors/rockets tomorrow night catching both teams at weird times, could be fun

J0rdan S., Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:40 (seven years ago)

he's shown he can do it for at least a month or two so it's in him

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:40 (seven years ago)

got to watch the bulls D again lol

lag∞n, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:42 (seven years ago)

not as bad as last time we discussed them like they were doing actual defense things tonight but just in the softest way possible its really something in this day and age

lag∞n, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:43 (seven years ago)

spurs are losing to the suns, it is bad.

21st savagery fox (m bison), Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:44 (seven years ago)

i actually dont think bulls are terrible they have a ton of randos but also a bunch of guys who can do stuff? theyre just normal bad, weirdly feel like no team has been terrible yet but injuries will cause that sooner than later

lag∞n, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:45 (seven years ago)

bulls are still missing their 2nd and 3rd best players plus rotation player portis... its hard to judge them too much

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:45 (seven years ago)

lamarcus aldridge is lowkey having his worst offensive season of his career

21st savagery fox (m bison), Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:45 (seven years ago)

their D is something tho hoiberg has got to go

lag∞n, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:45 (seven years ago)

suns have been playing with some heart since they got boo'd off the court a few games back

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:46 (seven years ago)

i dont disagree... but what can you do when you have to play lavine and jabari major minutes

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:48 (seven years ago)

jabari is a genuinely awful defender but it seems like lavine shdnt need to be

lag∞n, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:49 (seven years ago)

like he shd be good

lag∞n, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:49 (seven years ago)

super long athletic coordinated and so on

lag∞n, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:50 (seven years ago)

The Cavs are legit bad.

EZ Snappin, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:50 (seven years ago)

even if love was healthy that is def the worst team in the league

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:52 (seven years ago)

phoenix and the knicks i would say are also terrible

J0rdan S., Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:55 (seven years ago)

my favorite thing about watching hawks games now is deandre bembry's defense. kid does not stop

Heez, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:55 (seven years ago)

its true the cavs are very bad

lag∞n, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:56 (seven years ago)

jazz gonna have to close up shop after this one

art, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:56 (seven years ago)

the bulls have some nice pieces for sure but they need an alpha player and personality in there badly (not jimmy butler)

J0rdan S., Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:57 (seven years ago)

its sad when u have to cancel a basketball team but sometimes thats just the way it is

lag∞n, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:58 (seven years ago)

maybe bobby portis can punch someone again

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:58 (seven years ago)

markkanen seems like the most obvious merotic proxy

lag∞n, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:59 (seven years ago)

when you have a coach with no history of winning in the nba and a starless group of young players who have never won anything either you’re going to be bad

J0rdan S., Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:59 (seven years ago)

68–118 !!!

wtf jazz

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:59 (seven years ago)

22 second half points yuck

Spottie, Thursday, 15 November 2018 03:59 (seven years ago)

like i said theyre imo not actually as bad as they cld be but theres just something uncanny about their D it looks imitation

lag∞n, Thursday, 15 November 2018 04:00 (seven years ago)
