Unless you are indeed JR Smith in which case it flatlines at about 10

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Thursday, 1 November 2018 19:51 (seven years ago)

the nuggets offense is now starting to be a little concerning

k3vin k., Thursday, 1 November 2018 23:27 (seven years ago)

call all destroyer, Friday, 2 November 2018 13:17 (seven years ago)

playing the hawks, but de'aaron fox and the kings looked really feisty last night

Heez, Friday, 2 November 2018 13:50 (seven years ago)

i watched a bunch of donic highlight videos and he has a preternatural feel for the game but also very notably slow feet out of ~50 made baskets i watched he had 1 layup that wasnt a put back he relies a ton on floaters step backs and so forth aka difficult shots also the kind of shots a determined defense can take away, will be interesting to see what happens with him maybe if he gets in better shape his athleticism will improve a lil, really cool player does fun stuff out there has his head on a swivel but if he cant figure out a way to get to the rim i dont think hes gonna be the star a lot of ppl are expecting, and on defense hes prob just hopeless

lag∞n, Friday, 2 November 2018 13:58 (seven years ago)

the celtics made a bunch of 3s one shot of the league record missed their last 4 too lol, one of those games where they were ahead the whole time but the bucks kept creeping back in then the celtics barely won, giannis is amazing but the bucks have a lot of sus guys playing over their heads right now theyre getting used to hitting 3s and were just chucking awful looks last night

lag∞n, Friday, 2 November 2018 14:02 (seven years ago)

taurean prince is going through a particularly bad slump rn

Heez, Friday, 2 November 2018 14:07 (seven years ago)

the nuggets offense is now starting to be a little concerning

They’re getting a ton of open threes and they’ll start hitting them

This is all the stuff I said about James Harden

Matt Armstrong, Friday, 2 November 2018 14:41 (seven years ago)

They let Boban start the second half last night and he produced...

Matt Armstrong, Friday, 2 November 2018 14:42 (seven years ago)

harden gets to the rim like crazy man

lag∞n, Friday, 2 November 2018 14:45 (seven years ago)

i think it will be hard to tell until luca gets in better shape. maybe he can't get faster but he can at least get stronger and get to the rim that way.

call all destroyer, Friday, 2 November 2018 15:08 (seven years ago)

man idk hes like really slow

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRth8rxEjH4

more likely path to stardom is to get at good at hitting in between shots as most guys are at layups a la cp3, which obvs is very not easy but he does seem to be ridiculously good at basketball but so who knows

lag∞n, Friday, 2 November 2018 15:12 (seven years ago)

sorry if this was posted, I just thought this was legitimately pretty good research from Stephen A here as to the issues with Melo's game.

niice

lag∞n, Friday, 2 November 2018 17:01 (seven years ago)

lol we called this mess. good luck finding any coach to convince lebron to try on defense in the reg season.

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Friday, 2 November 2018 17:11 (seven years ago)

those luka highlights are interesting. there's one play from the 3rd i think where he's going coast-to-coast and is maybe at top speed. it doesn't seem like he has a great first step but also looks like he's going slower at times so he can scan and find guys for dimes. also i think he takes that floater sometimes b/c he doesn't want to try and power through defenders at the rim. he certainly has the size and frame to get stronger if he ever wants to be more physical down there.

it does seem like he has a lot of room for floaters and whatnot because everyone is staying home and taking away passing lanes. should be fun to watch him evolve.

call all destroyer, Friday, 2 November 2018 17:55 (seven years ago)

yeah hes def a cool player, seems like a natural point forward, tho obvs playmaking is a lil trickier if you cant get past the second level of D

lag∞n, Friday, 2 November 2018 18:05 (seven years ago)

wtf is going on the kings are hella fun
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dKNW0b4f6zk
that simple cross to burn bazemore and the shot at 4:30

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Friday, 2 November 2018 18:10 (seven years ago)

im mad about this via that draft pick the celtics own, im sure theyll come back to earth but theyve already banked 6 wins and are prob just not awful

lag∞n, Friday, 2 November 2018 18:12 (seven years ago)

otherwise its p cool tho i like fox

lag∞n, Friday, 2 November 2018 18:14 (seven years ago)

i took the kings over back in august when the projections got posted here and ppl thought iw as crazy

ciderpress, Friday, 2 November 2018 18:21 (seven years ago)

its so easy to win more than 25 games

ciderpress, Friday, 2 November 2018 18:22 (seven years ago)

just gotta hoist

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Friday, 2 November 2018 18:23 (seven years ago)

hoisting is key

lag∞n, Friday, 2 November 2018 18:26 (seven years ago)

buddy hield might not do much else but he can hoist with the best of them

ciderpress, Friday, 2 November 2018 18:27 (seven years ago)

he's good imo

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Friday, 2 November 2018 18:28 (seven years ago)

coach nick has a new weekly video series on the athletic. first one is for matt a

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Friday, 2 November 2018 18:28 (seven years ago)

one thing i noticed watching giannis last nite is a ton of his baskets are from post moves but not post ups really instead he dribble drives into them so the defense doesnt have time to read the situation

lag∞n, Friday, 2 November 2018 18:33 (seven years ago)

harden gets to the rim like crazy man

That’s true but he’s slow so how does he do that and could a 19 year old Luka Doncic maybe get better at it

Matt Armstrong, Friday, 2 November 2018 18:39 (seven years ago)

Giannis can turn things into post ups real quick because if you give him one step it’s a dunk

Matt Armstrong, Friday, 2 November 2018 18:40 (seven years ago)

I saw a couple of his spin moves cut together and it’s disgusting, he starts a half step in from the three line and over a two step spin move he’s at the basket

Feeling pretty good about my Giannis will be mvp within a few years prediction a year or two ago

gritty tigger reboot (agent hibachi), Friday, 2 November 2018 19:00 (seven years ago)

I’ve been off the grid with a renovation going on and the internet being a trash fire but I’m back I heard there were some hoops

Rockets are good right lol

gritty tigger reboot (agent hibachi), Friday, 2 November 2018 19:01 (seven years ago)

they are not

ciderpress, Friday, 2 November 2018 19:08 (seven years ago)

they will lose to the brooklyn nets tonight

ciderpress, Friday, 2 November 2018 19:08 (seven years ago)

actually the much more surprising one to me is that the kings are kinda good? Who can explain what is happening there

gritty tigger reboot (agent hibachi), Friday, 2 November 2018 19:15 (seven years ago)

Starting to see some Kings gear in Oakland recently...

reggae mike love (polyphonic), Friday, 2 November 2018 19:21 (seven years ago)

they are just playing fast and hoisting, and have stacked enough talent, all if which have improved since last season.

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Friday, 2 November 2018 19:25 (seven years ago)

play fast and hoist hard

ciderpress, Friday, 2 November 2018 19:38 (seven years ago)

Joerger is the best coach they've had since Malone

reggae mike love (polyphonic), Friday, 2 November 2018 19:38 (seven years ago)

Oh yeah jeorgers good hm Milwaukee went and got a good coach too seems like there’s something to this

gritty tigger reboot (agent hibachi), Friday, 2 November 2018 19:45 (seven years ago)

...and you will know bron by the trail of dead

Brian Windhorst @WindhorstESPN

In the last week the Cavs: fired their coach, fought with assistant over becoming interim, had JR Smith ask for a trade, landed 2022 All-Star Game, had Kevin Love go down for 6 weeks with surgery, got sued by a former coach & then flamed the former coach & his lawyer

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Friday, 2 November 2018 20:02 (seven years ago)

xp just saw the kings play for the first time last night but they can really defend. fox in particular is always going at it

Heez, Friday, 2 November 2018 20:22 (seven years ago)
