Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Wednesday, 31 October 2018 16:07 (seven years ago)

no but that wasnt the criteria xp

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Wednesday, 31 October 2018 16:08 (seven years ago)

joe ingles or even klay dont do that and they are elite shooters. mos tof the guys on that list are catch and shoot guys

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Wednesday, 31 October 2018 16:09 (seven years ago)

i'm thinking i probably don't consider most catch and shoot guys to be elite shooters because the shots the take aren't very hard

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 16:26 (seven years ago)

hitting them at a high rate is great but idk, i don't exactly fear most of them

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 16:26 (seven years ago)

cool, cool

Jimmy Butler is taking next step in six-week-long process aimed at getting the All-Star out of Minnesota by sitting tonight against Utah, and could lead to extended absence for Butler, league sources tell me and @JonKrawczynski.

hope they fine him into oblivion.

EZ Snappin, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 16:45 (seven years ago)

its funny the nba thought they concocted a way for teams to keep the best players but really they just make another salary boobytrap

― lag∞n, Wednesday, October 31, 2018 11:20 AM (one hour ago) Bookmark

yeah it's perhaps one of the finest examples of unintended consequences

J0rdan S., Wednesday, 31 October 2018 17:11 (seven years ago)

not only is it not incentivizing teams to keep their stars but it's actually in some cases incentivizing them to *not* keep them i.e. cousins in sacramento

J0rdan S., Wednesday, 31 October 2018 17:13 (seven years ago)

the idea that any team, other than as jordan mentioned a very dumb team, would trade for wall’s contract is laughable imo

k3vin k., Wednesday, 31 October 2018 18:28 (seven years ago)

so you're saying the Wolves are gonna trade Butler for Wall.

EZ Snappin, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 18:40 (seven years ago)

if those are predominantly standstill catch and shoots then no not really.

yeah u gotta be able to get looks to make shots and porter just isnt good like that, john wall has fwiw consistently ranked out as the best pg at creating open 3s for his teammates and porter still only puts up 4 3s a game, hes much closer to al horford than klay

lag∞n, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 20:33 (seven years ago)

naw an only somewhat dumb team under the right circumstances is totally capable of talking themselves into it

lag∞n, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 20:35 (seven years ago)

particularly if they can unload some of their own bad contracts

lag∞n, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 20:36 (seven years ago)

ok but I'm not sure miami really fits that description

k3vin k., Wednesday, 31 October 2018 20:49 (seven years ago)

have u seen miamis salary situation my lord its not full of real smart signings

lag∞n, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 21:20 (seven years ago)

they've chosen the life of the 6-8 seed don't hate them for what they're not

ciderpress, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 21:32 (seven years ago)

whiteside looking a lot better this year. seems like every other player on that team is paid 13 milli.

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Wednesday, 31 October 2018 21:40 (seven years ago)

#Rockets HC Mike D’Antoni on tonight’s loss:

“We’re not making shots. We’ll find something, we’ll get back, and hopefully it’s not too late. All I’m asking from the guys is to have the spirit until we figure this out.”

“It’s hard to explain, we’ve lost our swagger.”

i dont think melo is on this roster after new years.

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Wednesday, 31 October 2018 22:27 (seven years ago)

melo and dwight are the cursed players now

lag∞n, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 22:30 (seven years ago)

now?

EZ Snappin, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 22:45 (seven years ago)

currently

lag∞n, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 22:46 (seven years ago)

since 2010.

EZ Snappin, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 22:47 (seven years ago)

i think melo is out of the league next season

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Wednesday, 31 October 2018 22:48 (seven years ago)

time 4 china

lag∞n, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 22:50 (seven years ago)

google won't show me the pics of melo with the orbs but i'm sure i didn't imagine them

ciderpress, Wednesday, 31 October 2018 22:51 (seven years ago)

i must be reading this box score wrong bc it says derrick rose has scored 33 points through 27 minutes

Clay, Thursday, 1 November 2018 01:46 (seven years ago)

I think that’s meant to be 27 games

EZ Snappin, Thursday, 1 November 2018 01:56 (seven years ago)

i'm *really* not enjoying all these laudatory derrick rose tweets

call all destroyer, Thursday, 1 November 2018 02:30 (seven years ago)

two killer threes from oladipo to beat the knicks tonight

J0rdan S., Thursday, 1 November 2018 02:33 (seven years ago)

probably the player i least want to see doing well

ciderpress, Thursday, 1 November 2018 02:33 (seven years ago)

close games tonight all around

ciderpress, Thursday, 1 November 2018 02:34 (seven years ago)

Rose has been...kinda good so far?

Has there been a game where both teams scored under 100 so far?

spurs starting rudy gay, dante cunningham and brynn forbes.... what a world

J0rdan S., Thursday, 1 November 2018 02:43 (seven years ago)

Nuggets are winning the close games they used to lose, pretty much everyone has improved defensively. Playoffs are happening.

Matt Armstrong, Thursday, 1 November 2018 02:44 (seven years ago)

Plumlee is so good on defense now, just a perfect fit

Matt Armstrong, Thursday, 1 November 2018 02:45 (seven years ago)

I faded Derrick Rose in DFS Tonight...

Matt Armstrong, Thursday, 1 November 2018 02:47 (seven years ago)

Lol that sucks. career high 50

Machine Gunk Jelly (Spottie), Thursday, 1 November 2018 02:49 (seven years ago)

rose scoring a career high in 2018 is more improbable and weird than anything that's happened in the last two years

Clay, Thursday, 1 November 2018 02:56 (seven years ago)

Are we still saying that Draymond is injured or can we admit he’s playing like shit

Matt Armstrong, Thursday, 1 November 2018 02:58 (seven years ago)

he's been useless

call all destroyer, Thursday, 1 November 2018 03:00 (seven years ago)

Stephen A.... just kudos to you my dear, dear friend

Greta Van Fleek (upper mississippi sh@kedown), Thursday, 1 November 2018 03:10 (seven years ago)

he's a master of the form

it's been their best starting lineup with demar and lamarcus.

21st savagery fox (m bison), Thursday, 1 November 2018 03:38 (seven years ago)

So The Suns. Not good.

Matt Armstrong, Thursday, 1 November 2018 04:01 (seven years ago)

dunno who's gonna save the suns but i don't think they're on the roster yet

ciderpress, Thursday, 1 November 2018 04:05 (seven years ago)

Suns definitely have a cultural issue there where they keep adding talent and it doesn’t matter. Like the early 90s clippers teams.

Matt Armstrong, Thursday, 1 November 2018 04:16 (seven years ago)

idk, other than booker and ayton, their talent is p marginal.
