i don't know enough about nuggets roster minutae but this doesn't seem like the most obvious fit? monte morris had a nice summer league so i thought they'd be giving him some minutes but maybe they felt like they needed another pg.

Meyers strikes me as a very tall guy who just does not like basketball very much

I tend more toward lagoon's assessment that he just doesn't have the feel for the game. He gets lost on the court sometimes, doesn't anticipate well and therefore can't block shots or cut off a driving opponent, and holds the ball too long before passing, mainly because he can't feel the flow of things on court. He has the NBA body, size and 'athleticism', but lacks an NBA talent for hoops.

I am investing everything in tatum futures, I’m convinced he’s going to be the best player in the east soon depending on how Giannis evolves. His body now seems analogous to when lebron came in the league- you can just see the outline of the ideal structure for the state of the game in a couple years. I’m still in awe of how lebron can physically do literally anything on the court save maybe spot up shoot threes as well as curry

I’m also just in awe of the amount of straight up talent in a guy as big as embiid it’s baffling how he is even possible
