CONGRATS ON YOUR FIRST AND SECOND RING BOOGIE my fav player

Van Horn Street, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:24 (eight years ago)

love the innocence of clay's mom, better times

k3vin k., Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:24 (eight years ago)

Unless she’s trolling him

Heez, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:28 (eight years ago)

kev maybe you've gone over this somewhere but can you remind me why the heck you're a nuggets fan?

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:33 (eight years ago)

I suppose some people will say it's been this way for a while but the NBA has more drama in the offseason than during the actual season

Van Horn Street, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:33 (eight years ago)

ESPN Sources: DeMarcus Cousins had narrowed his choices down to Golden State and Boston.

wtf is happening here

sprout god (lag∞n), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:37 (eight years ago)

btw it's not like boogie is playing a whole season which limits his usefulness to a lot of teams on a 1-year deal

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:37 (eight years ago)

CAD: grew up in upstate NY with parents who went to syracuse for grad school --> syracuse college fan --> won title with melo --> became nuggets fan when he got drafted --> cooled on melo but ultimately stayed with nuggets as I became a more discerning basketball fan

k3vin k., Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:40 (eight years ago)

ah, gotcha. not....the best organization but they keep things interesting.

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:44 (eight years ago)

my nuggets shit is mostly performative but jokic is my favorite current nba player

ciderpress, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:46 (eight years ago)

nuggs were def "the lih fave" for a min

sprout god (lag∞n), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:47 (eight years ago)

i was legitimately a 90s sonics fan as a kid though so i have a soft spot for george karl all offense teams which the nuggets were for a bit

ciderpress, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:47 (eight years ago)

sonics were dope

sprout god (lag∞n), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:49 (eight years ago)

the iggy 13 nuggs will always be the best team

k3vin k., Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:50 (eight years ago)

man jaren jackson was out there HOISTING

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:53 (eight years ago)

sounds like the hawks picked the wrong hoister

ciderpress, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:56 (eight years ago)

lol that stroke looks pretty awful tho

sprout god (lag∞n), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:57 (eight years ago)

oh it's a disaster but i'm impressed at how he makes it work when rushed/off-balance

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 01:59 (eight years ago)

yeah might be one of those guys who can just talent their way through it

sprout god (lag∞n), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:01 (eight years ago)

wow sick. its a weird shot, but he gets it off p quickly.

21st savagery fox (m bison), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:02 (eight years ago)

not to beat a dead horse but lonzo had to like get to his stepback or be wide open to have a prayer with his goofy shot. jackson is out there with all sorts of crazy shit going on and he can hit it.

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:04 (eight years ago)

he needs to watch the amount of limb flailing tho; good way to get hurt

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:05 (eight years ago)

no one is throwing big money at him, chance to get a ring and reenter free agency when more teams have money and hes had time to recover is how i break it down xp

i don’t understand how he fits into the team honestly... maybe he feels like above anything he needs to rehab his rep as a teammate and wants to prove he can assimilate into a winning culture but just in terms of ball i don’t think he’s gonna have much room to shine especially in the playoffs. maybe i’m wrong.

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:08 (eight years ago)

boogie slows teams down for sure. he was always crossing the halfcourt like with like 16 on the clock

Clay, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:09 (eight years ago)

yeah wld think its mostly about proving he can be a good teammate and that hes healthy (and getting a ring lol), hed prob be most valuable basketballwise in just extending the warriors very thin roster/a hedge against injury

sprout god (lag∞n), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:10 (eight years ago)

i think all it would take is one playoff round with a great matchup for him and he could really rehab his value

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:13 (eight years ago)

lonzo's value is tied to pretty much everything except scoring

k3vin k., Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:15 (eight years ago)

lonzos value is tied to a piece of poop

sprout god (lag∞n), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:16 (eight years ago)

i like the idea of bron and lonzo together even tho he can’t shoot for shit... they see the game similarly

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:18 (eight years ago)

haha i was just making a shooting mechanics comment but if we want to talk about how lonzo isn't very valuable that's fine

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:20 (eight years ago)

why do the lakers have seven point guards?

Allen (etaeoe), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:22 (eight years ago)

magics quixotic quest for "a leader"

sprout god (lag∞n), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:23 (eight years ago)

lonzo rondo bronjo

, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:31 (eight years ago)

how long before rondo and lonzo get into a fight over a game of connect 4

, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 02:32 (eight years ago)

otoh this might be the only thing that could’ve made the warriors interesting

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 3 July 2018 03:54 (eight years ago)

Who's ready for the Kawhi Leonard trade to the Warriors tomorrow night?

Van Horn Street, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 03:54 (eight years ago)

if spurs get klay, yeah im down

21st savagery fox (m bison), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 03:55 (eight years ago)

the only thing that could’ve made the warriors interesting

We won't be seeing hide nor hair of boogie for quite a few months, yet. He'll be rehabbing, attending team meetings, watching practices, hanging out with assistant coaches. But he won't be visible in an NBA game until much, much later. They'll have to limp along without him (see what I did there).

A is for (Aimless), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 03:58 (eight years ago)

how did no one call boog? didnt even get an offer from the team he was on eesh

Boogie Cousins said he got ZERO OFFERS (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) in free agency and decided to make a call to Warriors GM Bob Myers.

avery bradely 2/25 clippers

Hall of Fam (Spottie), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 05:02 (eight years ago)

well boogie should certainly be motivated...

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 3 July 2018 06:20 (eight years ago)

it’s such a weird summer. the only teams with cap space are bad and we know the last thing you wanna do with boogie is put him on a bad team.

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 3 July 2018 06:22 (eight years ago)

imo a lot of good players grow up on school, aau and college teams that are all obscenely stacked and playing in the nba is their first experience of parity. its not surprising that they go on to join superteams to dunk on punks

micah, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 10:37 (eight years ago)

lonzo is good

ciderpress, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 11:40 (eight years ago)

wait so the clippers dumped austin rivers and drafted two guards so they could overpay avery bradley?

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 3 July 2018 11:45 (eight years ago)

here's a fun fact--paul george, julius randle, and deangelo russell all share an agent! i wonder what else they have in common?
