it’s great to pay the tax but the repeater tax is so punitive it really only makes sense to do it for a top-level team. by paying that tax for this team, management is guaranteeing some rough years in the future.

I think ppl are underrating the thunder a little, though in this era every team is judged by its ceiling and I doubt they can ultimately compete with the warriors or rockets

spurs shd prob prefer to trade him to the celtics then since they wont get lebron (and arent in the western conf) tho then the celtics will be amazing but theyre gonna be amazing either way if u trade kawhi to philly or lakers and bron joins then youve created a new amazing team

also the celtics shd be willing to give up a lot to prevent kawhi + bron going to philly

really bron shd just go to LA and start drama and not be that good imho
