does anyone have a channel or site they like for draft scouting vids beyond draftexpress? i feel like watching some prospect video but preferably from a decently legit source.

i watched a coach nick one on marvin bagley the other day but draft xpress def the big one, ballislife is good for high school footage if u want to become a real professional online scout

what did coach nick have to say about bagley?

he said he was great in the pnr tho duke didnt use him that way much, is a natural bucket getter but will struggle attacking facing/posting up in the pros if he doesnt improve his footwork, was kinda suspicious of his 3pt shooting even tho he shot 40% in college cause all his hits were on very wide open shots just toeing the 3pt line, said he had some defensive potential but is pob not a rim protector, is obvs a sick finisher on the break

sounded like more of a 4-7 type prospect to me than someone who shd be in the mix for #1

yeah it doesn't seem like he brings much to the table other than sick athleticism and some ok iso moves.

Yes. Players with sick athleticism never improve their skills after age 19.

i think hes got good basketball sense, and hes very attacky which is good, but yeah like with the draft in general its all about forecasting whether the guy will put in the work

The Celtics could use restricted free agent Marcus Smart in a trade if the guard agreed to a three-year contract for around $36 million; the contract would have to be a minimum of three years based on the rules for a sign-and-trade deal. Combined with Smart's salary (which would count just $6 million for trade matching purposes because of the base-year compensation rule), Brown, Morris and Yabusele, the finances would work for Leonard. In fact, that trade works (by $11,426) even if Leonard does not waive his 15 percent trade kicker that would add $3 million to his $20 million salary for next year.

i guess he's in that narrow hot potato zone where he's good enough to get paid but not good enough to pay

so im gonna guess that by playing hardball and saying "LA only", spurs recognize they have LESS incentive to trade him right away bc lakers and clippers current assets arent good enough for the spurs to jump right away. then the spurs think they have time to do some mending of fences because at this point a 10% chance of kashi getting over it is better than what lakers and clippers have to offer.

It’s been team dependent. He was fine on the Pistons and better on the Clippers. He’d be good on the Spurs. Dude is VERY Spursy. But obviously not Kawhi. :/

It’s funny how perfect Kawhi is for the current (or even past) Spurs systems. He’s so dumb.
