― frogbs, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:17 (eight years ago)
We can only hope
― EZ Snappin, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:19 (eight years ago)
there is a positive relationship between the heartbreakiness of the cavs loss and the likelihood of lebron coming to san antonio, so i pray for heartbreak, it is my deal with hoops satan
― 21st savagery fox (m bison), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:22 (eight years ago)
Omg
― DJI, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:25 (eight years ago)
ugh fuck the warriors
― marcos, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:25 (eight years ago)
total assassination by kd
― call all destroyer, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:27 (eight years ago)
warriors are bad for the nba
but lol at steph’s numbers
― Allen (etaeoe), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:28 (eight years ago)
yea I wanna be in awe of what they're doing but then I remember that one of the best players to ever hit free agency joined a 73-9 team
― frogbs, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:28 (eight years ago)
congrats Spottie on championship
― Van Horn Street, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:30 (eight years ago)
durant clearly cares a lot abt what people think abt him and going to the warriors didnt totally fulfill what he was looking for since he's still getting heat for hopping on a historically great team but he's not gonna leave GS so he's just stuck being a victim of his own success *tony montana pic meme*
― 21st savagery fox (m bison), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:31 (eight years ago)
anyway that man is cold af, what a shot
― 21st savagery fox (m bison), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:32 (eight years ago)
Kd too good. Pulling it out with such a bad shooting night from the slash bros is crazy
― they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:32 (eight years ago)
scoring 43 pts when no one else on his team scored more than 11 will heal a few scars
― call all destroyer, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:33 (eight years ago)
bron to warriors confirmed
― Clay, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:34 (eight years ago)
any player in their right mind would have joined the warriors, not going to be mad at durant for that.
― Van Horn Street, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:34 (eight years ago)
Gracious of KD to call Steph's one 3 "momentum-changing."
― DJI, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:35 (eight years ago)
i don't have any particular feelings about kd but my god he was utterly filthy in that game; unimpeachable performance
― call all destroyer, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:36 (eight years ago)
could it just be that basketball is more prone to dynasties of the sort? once you get a really good player on your roster you are just that better than the other team, so it compounds pretty well if you have several top tier talent.
― Van Horn Street, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:36 (eight years ago)
kd did the same thing last year and even when steph was trash they treated him like their second best player
― Allen (etaeoe), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:37 (eight years ago)
That shot by KD was one of the great mercy killings of all time.
― Joe Gargan (dandydonweiner), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:39 (eight years ago)
basketball has had very few dynasties (or anything resembling, for example, the patriots). i hate the warriors but I’d be surprised if they win another championship without major changes to their current roster (like losing one of their primary four).
― Allen (etaeoe), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:40 (eight years ago)
basically they should trade steph
― Allen (etaeoe), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:41 (eight years ago)
lol these are terrible opinions
― call all destroyer, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:42 (eight years ago)
Huh?
― they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:43 (eight years ago)
if you can’t handle the heat get out of the kitchen
― Allen (etaeoe), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:45 (eight years ago)
― Van Horn Street, Wednesday, June 6, 2018 11:36 PM (eight minutes ago)
yes, longer contracts and the fact that the better teams almost always win the series
― k3vin k., Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:45 (eight years ago)
really don't see why the warriors couldn't return this same roster next year and coast to another title barring injury and assuming bron doesnt go to houston
― Clay, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:46 (eight years ago)
All their main guys are in their prime besides andre
― they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:47 (eight years ago)
they got legitimately taken to 7 by houston, i don't think "coasting" is the right word.
― call all destroyer, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:48 (eight years ago)
that's the only moment during the entire season where they got any trouble really
― Van Horn Street, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:48 (eight years ago)

uh well well well that is spurs pg of the future DEJOUNTE MURRAY sitting behind lebron james hmmm
― 21st savagery fox (m bison), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:49 (eight years ago)
they def looked a little out of sorts for most of the houston series xps
― Clay, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:50 (eight years ago)
xp well ok but it was an important moment. they could run back the same roster but that would be dumb and i'm pretty sure they know that.
― call all destroyer, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:50 (eight years ago)
warriors are favorites unless lebron goes to SA
― 21st savagery fox (m bison), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:51 (eight years ago)
like i realize im becoming the qualmsey of lebron to sa, but if i cant even get my ILH disciples to listen to my teachings, i think im going to have to mod harder with daily yellow carding, thread banning, calling you by your government names, whatever it takes til yall see lebron is confirmed to SA
Also as far as dominating for several seasons teams goes i'd rather watch beautiful shots by KD and Klay than Kobe and 'mamba mentality' and all that shit. That was bad for basketball.
― Van Horn Street, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:52 (eight years ago)
im 100% on the Pop LeBron buddies detective tv series bandwagon m bison.
― Van Horn Street, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:53 (eight years ago)
back to the important stuff, bise are you a teddy pendergrass fan?
― Heez, Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:54 (eight years ago)
In absolute terms, based solely on overall hoops excellence, the Warriors over the past 4 years have been better than any comparable 4 year run by any other NBA team ever. In relative terms, considering the general level of athleticism of each era, their only competition would be the Celtics dynasty when Bill Russell was at his peak.
― A is for (Aimless), Thursday, 7 June 2018 03:58 (eight years ago)
lol speaking of the mamba lakers, we have a new temp at my place of work and he's like 22 and has an uncle from LA or something and gave me a bunch of stuff the other day re: how the gasol-kobe lakers would have absolutely dominated the warriors and also kobe is the GOAT and lebron is not even close and i was like wow kids these days
― Clay, Thursday, 7 June 2018 04:04 (eight years ago)
For anyone born in the latter half of the 80s that's what you had to deal every time you discussed basketball. So through that lens warriors is not really bad. It just so happens that their dominance is set against the hero of the story.
― Van Horn Street, Thursday, 7 June 2018 04:09 (eight years ago)
i was born well before the end of the 80's and i feel like i've been dealing with that story since before kobe was in the league!
― Clay, Thursday, 7 June 2018 04:12 (eight years ago)
Lebron James has finally clawed his way past Jordan on my all time best list. Kareem was not nearly as flashy as lbj or mj, but he may still have a tiny edge over LeBron for another season or two. Longevity counts. Kobe just isn't in that conversation.
