It’s genuinely super confusing to me for like ten minutes after I tune in, can’t shake decades of hoops with home whites

Add in so many alternates and so many new unis / color scheme changes this year and I’m a mess

Btw my favorite Mitchell flex was the play after the putback, he got in the lane and kicked out to jingles who was so open for 3 that Mitchell turned completely around and was already walking back on defense before the shot went up

I remember one of the reasons the NHL gave for stitching to away whites is that the teams made so many 3rd jerseys that it became a pain for the away team to bring alternate colors for when the home team did some bullshit which struck me as an odd thing to admit

It's the worst when you're at a bar/restaurant/etc and TV is 20 feet away and there's no sound and you don't see any player closeups to view faces w/jerseys and you're distracted already by making small talk/trying to decide what to order. Then sometimes there's 2 games being shown at once and you're trying to keep track of who is who among 4 diff teams.
btw any place where you have to ask them to turn on a friggin PLAYOFF game on one of their dozen TVs should be shut down by the Feds.

I was at burger place the other day where the were playing golf and lacrosse on multiple TVs while not showing the playoff game. Savages.
