Ricky Rubio made his Spanish ACB debut as a 14-year-old. He also averaged a ridiculous 23.3 points, 12.8 rebounds, 7.1 assists & 6.5 steals per game in 32.5 minutes at the 2006 under-16 Euros. He was an absolute monster at the youth level. Only 27 but in his 13th season as a pro. pic.twitter.com/yDFgEdtAv1

J0rdan S., Wednesday, 25 April 2018 01:24 (eight years ago)

that crossover spin one foot fadeaway by embiid was unnecessary... and extremely impressive

the stuff with meek mill and the owner of the sixers is kinda creepy imo

what's creepy? seems like a marketing stunt

, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 01:26 (eight years ago)

i don’t think it’s a stunt. they do seem to have had a genuine relationship long before all this. but yeah seeing this convergence of commerce and social justice is giving me the willies, i guess. creepy wasn’t really the right word.

J0rdan S., Wednesday, 25 April 2018 01:28 (eight years ago)

marcus smart already beasting on defense <3

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 01:31 (eight years ago)

If the rim were one inch wider the Bucks would be up by 25

frogbs, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 01:31 (eight years ago)

Wowwww refs blew that, gg

frogbs, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 01:34 (eight years ago)

biggest revelation of this heat/sixers series is that... for a guy who is 7 feet tall, kevin mchale sounds like a total dweeb on the mic lol

, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:00 (eight years ago)

I remember him from his acting gig on Cheers and thinking he was obviously a tremendous dork

omar little, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:02 (eight years ago)

hes super endearing a total normie

k3vin k., Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:09 (eight years ago)

otm he's just a dude from minnesota who likes basketball

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:10 (eight years ago)

Lol, never change Joel

Fetchboy, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:11 (eight years ago)

makes sense that normies would like him

, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:25 (eight years ago)

are the sixers collapsing??? lol

, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:26 (eight years ago)

I get serious middle school principal vibes from mchale

Clay, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:28 (eight years ago)

interesting call, looked like a flagrant to me

k3vin k., Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:29 (eight years ago)

the heat had the chances to shoot their way back into this. would have been a fun series to extend.

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:40 (eight years ago)

lol olynyk that step back

k3vin k., Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:40 (eight years ago)

oh man that wade shot being the last meaningful shot of the heat's season is pretty sad

k3vin k., Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:41 (eight years ago)

whoa i totally hadn't noticed the join or die snake incorporated into the liberty bell motif on the sixers court that's pretty sick

Clay, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:41 (eight years ago)

wow yeah that is extremely cool

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:44 (eight years ago)

sixers always have strong aesthetics, i'd be curious about who does their stuff

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:45 (eight years ago)

brb moving to philly

Clay, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 02:48 (eight years ago)

he was ok at the end tonight but ellington’s disappearance was a huge part of the series. the heat couldn’t match the sixers’ shooting without him.

J0rdan S., Wednesday, 25 April 2018 03:02 (eight years ago)

just finished that celtics game, p stressful man, checkout this crunchtime moment

btw ojeleye really took giannis out of his game tonight, didnt know what to do vs an insanely strong guy who can move his feet, type of situation that cldve been helped by having a jump shot

lag∞n, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 04:24 (eight years ago)

of course having a guy who basically does nothing on offense start prob had something to do w them scoring 92 points

lag∞n, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 04:25 (eight years ago)

extremely grateful for game 4. spurs really are trying but they are hopelessly outmatched. warriors have taken LMA out of this series and the spur really lack reliable shot creators and three point threats that aren't compromised in some other way.

21st savagery fox (m bison), Wednesday, 25 April 2018 04:52 (eight years ago)

kawhi is not going anywhere btw, but i think this may be danny green's last season as a spur. i think a change of scenery would do him good, but he's been much less effective offensively since LMA came to town. look at his scoring average and 3 pt% especially. pre-LMA< he had 4 straight seasons of 41%+, 3 seasons afterwards his best was last year (38%).

21st savagery fox (m bison), Wednesday, 25 April 2018 04:58 (eight years ago)

my bff davis b hitting that 3 late <33333

21st savagery fox (m bison), Wednesday, 25 April 2018 05:02 (eight years ago)

idegaf how this game ends, love how the spurs are competing in this down the stretch.

21st savagery fox (m bison), Wednesday, 25 April 2018 05:03 (eight years ago)

Respect to the spurs, man. Would not die and doing it big for pop. Best organization in the league. Kawhi better stay.

yea I was kinda hoping that a longer series would favor the Bucks, as it would allow Prunty to finally figure out which lineups were actually gonna work for him. but yea, Stevens seemed to completely solve the Bucks offense that game. they actually got a decent number of breaks and couldn't really make anything of it. nobody really had a good shooting night. Bledsoe has been godawful.

otm it was funny watching giannis repeatedly try to body semi and just bounce off of him. i can't imagine how strong that dude is.

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 12:53 (eight years ago)

How did I entirely miss that cs Bucks gm 5 was last night not a single ESPN or nba notification and they’ve been swamping me all playoffs lol

Heat were a good test for the sixers they looked ready to collapse under that 4th q run with a little too much ilyasova and belinelli trying to veteran it out and they finally went back to Simmons embiid Redick to lock it up

gritty tigger reboot (agent hibachi), Wednesday, 25 April 2018 15:11 (eight years ago)

Btw Chris Vernon on a podcast drew up a v convincing lineage of melo Rudy gay Jeff green Andrew Wiggins as inefficient high scoring small forwards who have plenty of talent but just are hard to integrate into a winning team concept

I think their destiny is to all get overpaid by the kings at some point

gritty tigger reboot (agent hibachi), Wednesday, 25 April 2018 15:15 (eight years ago)

I would add that they also have a tendency to get overrated at some point by the dumber corners of the basketball internet

gritty tigger reboot (agent hibachi), Wednesday, 25 April 2018 15:15 (eight years ago)

But have enough talent to convince smart hoop internet sometimes that they are good (me w Jeff green for a split second lol)

gritty tigger reboot (agent hibachi), Wednesday, 25 April 2018 15:16 (eight years ago)

Jeff Green was assertive for that one half season w the Celtics

they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Wednesday, 25 April 2018 16:05 (eight years ago)

yea green has moments occasionally but that's about it

marcos, Wednesday, 25 April 2018 16:06 (eight years ago)

F REFS GAVE FN CELTICS GAME. U have to see blatant shot clock violation on Celtics & no call & then they score 3. It is 100% fix. Corruption rampant in @NBA @Bucks game! So FIXED ITS PATHETIC
