I love that PBS Nets logo. Underrated classic.

I miss the Supersonics. Best logo ever.

for real

they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Thursday, 7 June 2018 04:43 (eight years ago)

guess theyve dropped the powder blue completely

they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Thursday, 7 June 2018 04:45 (eight years ago)

absolutely awful

Clay, Thursday, 7 June 2018 04:46 (eight years ago)

these jackholes will not rest until everyone's jerseys are basically the same, rendering the concept of teams irrelevant and evolving the game into a 10 player freestyle of shifting alliances (think kd leaving for the warriors, but in the middle of a game).

21st savagery fox (m bison), Thursday, 7 June 2018 04:50 (eight years ago)

these are completely horrific

J0rdan S., Thursday, 7 June 2018 18:10 (eight years ago)

Hideous

gritty tigger reboot (agent hibachi), Thursday, 7 June 2018 18:53 (eight years ago)

ok I'm color blind but are the home/away same colors as Utah??

A True White Kid that can Jump (Granny Dainger), Thursday, 7 June 2018 18:55 (eight years ago)

more or less yeah, where utah goes green denver goes red tho

they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Thursday, 7 June 2018 18:56 (eight years ago)

Oh no these current million new uniforms must be a nightmare for color blind people

gritty tigger reboot (agent hibachi), Thursday, 7 June 2018 19:25 (eight years ago)

well there's only 2 teams playing per court so the only real problem (for the color-blind or not) is white road jerseys as has been noted before

NBA Draft 2018: Marvin Bagley III to sign with Puma with largest deal since Kevin Durant's, report says https://t.co/rpe5KvyzRL pic.twitter.com/sU4UZ4fz3E

sprout god (lag∞n), Thursday, 14 June 2018 23:41 (eight years ago)

hold up huh. puma makes hoops gear???

did not know about this :

This would be the first NBA player Puma has signed since Vince Carter in 1998. Carter stopped wearing the shoes at the time because they were uncomfortable for his feet.

He never developed a signature shoe with the company and eventually left it and was sued for breach of contract. Puma ultimately received $13.5 million from Carter.

Spottie, Thursday, 14 June 2018 23:53 (eight years ago)

i think they just started up again and are trying to make a splash

sprout god (lag∞n), Friday, 15 June 2018 03:37 (eight years ago)

hopefully they learned how to make a shoe that doesnt hurt yr feet when u play basketball in them

sprout god (lag∞n), Friday, 15 June 2018 03:47 (eight years ago)

as puma's newest consultant i suggest they "test out" the shoes on basketball players before taking them to market

Clay, Friday, 15 June 2018 04:01 (eight years ago)

damn puma signed ayton too

sprout god (lag∞n), Monday, 18 June 2018 18:02 (seven years ago)

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 3 July 2018 22:23 (seven years ago)

by "something" you mean "a better, more prosperous time when the NBA was at the cutting edge of visual culture and set the tone for graphic design and even youth fashion", right?

devops mom (silby), Tuesday, 3 July 2018 22:24 (seven years ago)

Uh yes.

How much do NBA tops go for in America? And are there any rare/expensive ones to look out for?

I've been selling a few for £25 but tomorrow I'm gonna go through like a thousand of 'em, wondered if there is anything I should pay attention for

plums (a hoy hoy), Sunday, 15 July 2018 12:17 (seven years ago)

the replica jerseys are like $70-$110 or so and authentic ones are like $200-$300.

Hall of Fam (Spottie), Monday, 16 July 2018 04:08 (seven years ago)

So buy low, sell high.

grizz updates
http://news.sportslogos.net/2018/08/02/memphis-grizzlies-unveil-new-logos-and-uniforms/
i like the powder blues. liking the design on the wasteband/neckline on the powders. overall these are fine, i do appreciate the lack of piping and the understated use of yellow.
