def a power move there, daring the ref to call backcourt

tsrobodo, Monday, 16 April 2018 18:16 (eight years ago)

yeah would've been a big deal had he not got that call too, the game was tight and the wolves were coming. he got free throws from that trash and made it a 3 possession game

they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Monday, 16 April 2018 18:17 (eight years ago)

yeah that play is amazing xp

they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Monday, 16 April 2018 18:17 (eight years ago)

harden owns the refs

James Harden ranked 355th in travels per game this season. Yes, the NBA’s leading scorer ranked 355th in travels per game (0.03).

I could buy that he travels less than average on a per-possession basis just on the basis of his practicing his moves a ton, very clear he knows the rules inside and out and how to use them to his advantage, but basically ranking last PER GAME is preposterous, things of that nature

k3vin k., Monday, 16 April 2018 18:32 (eight years ago)

who ranked first???

http://www.nbaminer.com/player-turnover-details/

via this site (i don't think it's updated completely), the top five at the time (guys who played enough for it to be a pattern):

Dwight (0.39)
Boogie (0.35)
Marc Gasol (0.31)
Melo (0.27)
Kyle Kuzma (0.27)

Easy to keep your averages up when you keep your total games down :)

k3vin k., Monday, 16 April 2018 19:49 (eight years ago)

not surprising

the fuck is happening w/ him

marcos, Monday, 16 April 2018 23:36 (eight years ago)

vaguely reminiscent of the wtf pacers implosion back in 2014 or whatever year that was

Clay, Monday, 16 April 2018 23:40 (eight years ago)

kind of seems like he’s being a little fuckin punk tbh

k3vin k., Tuesday, 17 April 2018 00:07 (eight years ago)

Spurs need to tear it down imo

Also maybe bump Pops up to the front office? He seems a little fried to me

reggae mike love (polyphonic), Tuesday, 17 April 2018 00:10 (eight years ago)

the organization is def at a crossroads here

they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Tuesday, 17 April 2018 00:14 (eight years ago)

I wouldn’t say Pop is fried, he still dragged this Kahwi-less Frankenstein of misfits and olds to the playoffs

hmm idk

lag∞n, Tuesday, 17 April 2018 00:33 (eight years ago)

hes accomplished a lot obv but he just needs to say SOMETHING. the radio silence is a very bad look.

they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Tuesday, 17 April 2018 00:35 (eight years ago)

ballers de bellyasova

they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Tuesday, 17 April 2018 00:43 (eight years ago)

josh richardson was arguably the best heat player for big chunks of the season but he looks shook out there.

im saying i think he has an anxiety thing im sticking with this explanation

21st savagery fox (m bison), Tuesday, 17 April 2018 00:47 (eight years ago)

Keep the dream alive, gotta stay strong

they call me melo gelo (Spottie), Tuesday, 17 April 2018 00:54 (eight years ago)

When did Kawhi stop travelling with the team – just for the playoffs? Anxiety about sitting next to his judgy creakyass Spurs teammates doesn't seem far-fetched. More surprised that Pop wouldn't mask his exasperation a little more.

this wade performance is cracking me up

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 17 April 2018 01:22 (eight years ago)

19 points all on shots where he’s like turning around a full 180 degrees before shooting

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 17 April 2018 01:24 (eight years ago)

dwyane is putting together an impressive years long stretch of having a little left in the tank

lag∞n, Tuesday, 17 April 2018 01:35 (eight years ago)

Heat really have no use for Whiteside; wonder if there's a team that wants to handle that contract.

ヽ(´ー`)┌ (CompuPost), Tuesday, 17 April 2018 01:51 (eight years ago)

seems doubtful

lag∞n, Tuesday, 17 April 2018 01:51 (eight years ago)

i didn't realize he was maxed out ouch

Clay, Tuesday, 17 April 2018 01:57 (eight years ago)

wait ben simmons is australian, is that legal

gbx, Tuesday, 17 April 2018 02:03 (eight years ago)

no, he is currently a fugitive from justice

lag∞n, Tuesday, 17 April 2018 02:04 (eight years ago)

i think wade just picked up his dribble, then dribbled again before hitting a turnaround jumper

, Tuesday, 17 April 2018 02:07 (eight years ago)

whiteside will actually be useful in this series once embiid gets back but yeah otherwise they’re way better playing with olynyk & johnson or even smaller

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 17 April 2018 02:07 (eight years ago)

Whiteside might be the dumbest player I’ve ever seen. He takes himself out of so many games mentally. Miami got duped.

Good thought I imagined the double-dribble -> travel there.

ヽ(´ー`)┌ (CompuPost), Tuesday, 17 April 2018 02:10 (eight years ago)

he’s okay. he has warts that ultimately make him not worth the money they’re paying him, but he also has stretches every year of really good basketball. he’s overpaid but they still get use out of him.

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 17 April 2018 02:12 (eight years ago)

re whiteside

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 17 April 2018 02:13 (eight years ago)

miami's payroll is 4th in the league jeeeeez

Clay, Tuesday, 17 April 2018 02:14 (eight years ago)

waiting for somebody to post video to twitter lol xp compuipost https://twitter.com/search?q=wade%20double%20dribble&src=typd

, Tuesday, 17 April 2018 02:20 (eight years ago)

IIRC Blazers were after both Parsons AND Whiteside during 2016 FA summer bonanza for max / near max $.

ヽ(´ー`)┌ (CompuPost), Tuesday, 17 April 2018 02:21 (eight years ago)

there were plenty of other mistakes the blazers were delighted to make that summer

Clay, Tuesday, 17 April 2018 02:21 (eight years ago)

can't stop the Ersanity

frogbs, Tuesday, 17 April 2018 02:39 (eight years ago)

Yes Wade!!
