yeah I think ILH got this right. I remember saying their defense was gonna be really good. and they will win on nights where 2 of their 3 big dogs shoot well enough. but three primary ball stoppers (who think theyre at their best playing iso ball) that have never had to play a team role isnt going to work. and yeah theres not much incentive, paul george is gonna get wined, dined and paid no matter what he does this year so he may be happy just going at it like 85% and staying healthy. Those clips of Melo are really bad tho, he's lost his legs. Might need to work on that #summerbody

yes and yes

though i firmly believed that he wasn't the best choice for MVP last year because of many of the bad habits and playing style that make him less impactful than the box score would indicate, he's definitely become a caricature of himself this year

he breaks all of the advanced metrics that are based on box score stats

I still have an irrational love of Westbrook but I understand that this is an indefensible position from smart hoops and winning games perspectives

I assume I said at least faintly positive things about the thunders acquisitions but I know I'm also glad the c's did not push their chips in on pg and I hate any melo besides Olympic melo
