i googled "bad shooting form nba lead to injuries" (no quotes) and the first five results are Fultz stories

nomar, Tuesday, 24 October 2017 20:03 (eight years ago)

I think the agent making public injury excuses for his client shooting like he’s had a lobotomy is not a good sign

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 24 October 2017 20:08 (eight years ago)

I don’t really question the sixers training staff. Embiid was an obvious injury case when they picked him, Simmons injured his foot before training camp right?

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 24 October 2017 20:22 (eight years ago)

This situation is so bonkers. You don’t spend months changing your shooting form to compensate for a shoulder injury unless it’s some massive permanent thing.

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 24 October 2017 20:57 (eight years ago)

detroit crowd's lookin' a little light tonight

Pistons home games are already attendance disasters: https://t.co/bS8vzdkOr9 pic.twitter.com/YDz0vtyECt

sad

Spottie, Tuesday, 24 October 2017 23:00 (eight years ago)

best thing about the the portis/nikko incident is that we dont have to watch either of them play and instead get to watch 30 minutes per game of Markkanen

Spottie, Tuesday, 24 October 2017 23:24 (eight years ago)

Markkanen....

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 24 October 2017 23:28 (eight years ago)

Deangelo is gonna be an all star this year

Spottie, Tuesday, 24 October 2017 23:37 (eight years ago)

dang what did we do to deserve another nets/magic game so soon

ciderpress, Tuesday, 24 October 2017 23:38 (eight years ago)

Feel dumb for not picking deangelo for MIP. Unless I did

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 24 October 2017 23:45 (eight years ago)

ciderpress, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 00:15 (eight years ago)

ciderpress, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 00:29 (eight years ago)

FP'd you for that

A is for (Aimless), Wednesday, 25 October 2017 00:29 (eight years ago)

, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 01:04 (eight years ago)

professor of postmalonial studies (m bison), Wednesday, 25 October 2017 01:57 (eight years ago)

Pacers playing w much ... pace

Spottie, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 02:16 (eight years ago)

aaron gordon w/ 41-14

ciderpress, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 02:16 (eight years ago)

just finished c's/knicks on delay, my god the knicks suck but brown and tatum are amazing, two young hungry long athletic dudes going for blocks and dunks and steals all over the place.

celtics are pretty transformed from last year, much longer and more physical. they're top 10 in defensive reb % so far after finishing #28 last year.

The agent for Philadelphia 76ers guard Markelle Fultz changed his explanation Tuesday night on the treatment the No. 1 overall pick has received on his right shoulder, revising his earlier statement that fluid was drained from it during the preseason.

"He had a cortisone shot on Oct. 5, which means fluid was put into his shoulder -- not taken out," agent Raymond Brothers told ESPN on Tuesday night. "My intention earlier was to let people know that he's been experiencing discomfort. We will continue to work with (Sixers general manager) Bryan Colangelo and the medical staff."

nomar, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 02:32 (eight years ago)

i dunno about you guys but i constantly have fluid entering and exiting my shoulder, its normal

ciderpress, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 02:34 (eight years ago)

"He had a cortisone shot on Oct. 5, which means fluid was put into his shoulder -- not taken out,"

that might be the most insane agent comment in a long line of insane agent comments

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 02:42 (eight years ago)

I am a shoulder fluid truther

Clay, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 02:46 (eight years ago)

donovan mitchell has looked fairly promising too

ciderpress, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 02:48 (eight years ago)

Anthony Davis will not return with a left knee injury

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 02:51 (eight years ago)

lol I made a joke abt that on the way to see anthony davis

Clay, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 02:56 (eight years ago)

Anthony Davis is increasingly durable and any questions about his toughness are problematic

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 03:07 (eight years ago)

Aaron Gordon looked awesome in preseason and there might be a breakout going on there

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 03:08 (eight years ago)

just saw the brow play looked like nothing at all

Spottie, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 03:10 (eight years ago)

Not sure why people thought Jayson Tatum would be bad on defense

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 03:27 (eight years ago)

Bruise?

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 03:27 (eight years ago)

I really don’t like how nurkic is used in the blazers offense

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 03:29 (eight years ago)

yah prob a bruise

Spottie, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 03:32 (eight years ago)

.@JenHale504 reports Pels indicate Anthony Davis' knee injury might have occurred in pregame warmups. Undergoing an MRI.

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 03:38 (eight years ago)

They just showed how the Davis knee injury actually happened in game and it looks like a knee sprain to me

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 03:45 (eight years ago)

oh yeah i saw something else. this is it

Here’s the Anthony Davis knee injury. Definitely stretched ligaments at least pic.twitter.com/JFacO5eJfg

This game is a good example of Demarcus cousins being good at basketball

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 04:00 (eight years ago)

sorry, that's just how i feel

mookieproof, Wednesday, 25 October 2017 04:06 (eight years ago)

i was always a strong proponent of “pellies”
