they prob need to keep crowder around just in case brown/tatum aren't fully ready but if they trust them for the playoffs they should prob flip him

I didn't like this at first but I think they want brown to play a lot at the 2, and keep smart in the mix, with Hayward eating most all the 3 minutes they had too many guards. So I guess crowder will be m/l a full time 4? That's a pretty small lineup with terrible rebounding tho. Maybe one of the stashed dudes from last year is going to be a front court fixture I dunno. I'm not super worried but I did love how Avery turned into a reliable scorer on top of being a monster defender. Good for svg

He's clearly a physical presence, the rebounding and changing ends/initiating the break should be useful

i will not feel remotely bad for lonzo if his career is essentially the set-up in a running joke

i have mixed feelings cause his passing is super nice and he has a weirdo on court charisma but on the other hand he plays for the lakers and ive seen enough of his dad

man summer league is becoming a thing the entire lower bowl is full

i'm surprised that more ppl who cover the NBA haven't expressed any worry over lonzo being drafted by the lakers, as opposed to pretty much any other franchise

the combination of his dad + a volatile organization, and then the hometown pressure worries me

meanwhile, jayson tatum is going to score a lot of points in the nba

if the lakers blew it by drafting ball, the team remains a mess, and they stay mired in irrelevance, this would worry me not one bit. in fact, I'd rather enjoy that.

lonzo should probably take the layup every so often
