Lebron musta texted him "naaaah"

down that brown path (Spottie), Monday, 3 July 2017 15:59 (nine years ago)

Fun trivia: the DCCC tried to recruit Chauncey to run in 2016.

Allen (etaeoe), Monday, 3 July 2017 16:21 (nine years ago)

Memphis and Portland will fall out

Portland will soar on the wings of a magical nurkic.

Something fishy going on with all this Cleveland GM drama. Who chooses to hire a guy with no front-office experience? Who strings along said offer for a week before turning it down? Weird.

Mr. Snrub, Monday, 3 July 2017 16:33 (nine years ago)

Lebron is out next year, that's whatsup

down that brown path (Spottie), Monday, 3 July 2017 16:40 (nine years ago)

lebron should just go back to miami imo

dan gilbert is a dumb asshole basically

marcos, Monday, 3 July 2017 16:47 (nine years ago)

easiest assumption to make

marcos, Monday, 3 July 2017 16:48 (nine years ago)

it's turned out to be a pretty bad offseason for the nuggs to decide to accelerate their timeline but i do really like that millsap contract. jokic + another high IQ big was always a great plan.

J0rdan S., Monday, 3 July 2017 16:48 (nine years ago)

who's their point guard this season though

ciderpress, Monday, 3 July 2017 16:58 (nine years ago)

apparently going after g hill.

they didn't have to get rid of anyone tho xp, they can still develop

down that brown path (Spottie), Monday, 3 July 2017 17:00 (nine years ago)

they should prob just go for a cheaper vet... harris and murray are a pretty good start

J0rdan S., Monday, 3 July 2017 17:04 (nine years ago)

easiest assumption to make

and it accords with all the known facts

Ultimately none of this matters. I could be the GM of the Cavs and they'd still make the NBA Finals next year.

Mr. Snrub, Monday, 3 July 2017 18:04 (nine years ago)

multiple xposts

Mr. Snrub, Monday, 3 July 2017 18:05 (nine years ago)

But, if I were the Cavs GM they would not make the NBA Finals next year. I'd see to it.

right, which is why i'm psyched it's a 2 year deal. allows us to be a playoff team, get the young guys some
meaningful minutes, and after year 2 if millsap isn't the same guy anymore they can just pivot and acquire a better player (draymond)

k3vin k., Monday, 3 July 2017 18:38 (nine years ago)

i'm really excited about this season!!!

k3vin k., Monday, 3 July 2017 19:23 (nine years ago)

going to be really sad if this means we lose gallo tho. can't we just get rid of plumlee and miller?

k3vin k., Monday, 3 July 2017 19:31 (nine years ago)

breaking

A Celtics fan asked Yabusele if they would get Hayward and he said, "I think we'll get him," so it's over, guys. https://t.co/aMqvOWCyqs

ciderpress, Monday, 3 July 2017 22:19 (nine years ago)

k3vin k., Monday, 3 July 2017 22:24 (nine years ago)

gl rest of the league

k3vin k., Monday, 3 July 2017 22:24 (nine years ago)

fuck that, hes too young to be ring chasing

micah, Monday, 3 July 2017 22:31 (nine years ago)

so KD gave up $9 mil per year? lol

, Monday, 3 July 2017 22:42 (nine years ago)

KD appeared to greatly enjoy his ring and prob wants to write "Z-time Champ" inside his shoes.

A is for (Aimless), Monday, 3 July 2017 22:43 (nine years ago)

ugh kd why

ciderpress, Monday, 3 July 2017 23:00 (nine years ago)

my understanding was he could have taken 31m/year without disrupting the roster situation, anything under that is just money back into the ownerships pockets

ciderpress, Monday, 3 July 2017 23:01 (nine years ago)

wonder what the players union thinks of this

ciderpress, Monday, 3 July 2017 23:02 (nine years ago)

We all know that Kevin Durant is emo.

A is for (Aimless), Monday, 3 July 2017 23:02 (nine years ago)

"KD is bad for saving billionaires money" is already a prevalent take!

k3vin k., Monday, 3 July 2017 23:43 (nine years ago)

wow did not know kd was republican smh

Clay, Monday, 3 July 2017 23:55 (nine years ago)

Blegh

nice cage (m bison), Tuesday, 4 July 2017 00:01 (nine years ago)

Heh forgot this was my dn for like two years

gis for westbrook shark jump (agent hibachi), Tuesday, 4 July 2017 02:03 (nine years ago)

I hate the hot takes around how much players choose to sign for

Like I'm both totally supportive of kd saying I'll take this reasonably healthy amount of millions that is somewhat below the maximum so we can keep two guys who just helped win us a championship, and also I'll keep the contract short so I can get mine later too

I mean I'm pretty sure Durant had all the agency here

I'm also 100% supportive of lebron getting only the max until his legs fall off because fuck salary caps, what other industry says you can only be paid some arbitrary maximum

(I also totally understand that salary caps are meant to create competitive balance and keep dumber owners from screwing themselves)

gis for westbrook shark jump (agent hibachi), Tuesday, 4 July 2017 02:07 (nine years ago)

Wow Bam Adebayo looked GREAT

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 4 July 2017 03:43 (nine years ago)

You're talking summer league, right?

A is for (Aimless), Tuesday, 4 July 2017 03:55 (nine years ago)

Yes that's what I'm talking, I'm sorry you don't like my posts

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 4 July 2017 04:03 (nine years ago)

I don't have cable channels, so I can't see what you're seeing. That's why I asked. Not sure where the 'don't like' comes in.

A is for (Aimless), Tuesday, 4 July 2017 04:05 (nine years ago)

im watching fultz v tatum

lag∞n, Tuesday, 4 July 2017 04:08 (nine years ago)

so far jaylen brown just looks unfair

lag∞n, Tuesday, 4 July 2017 04:09 (nine years ago)

I thought Fultz's jumper looked a little hitchy

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 4 July 2017 04:09 (nine years ago)

Tatum and Brown both looked good enough that the Hayward acquisition started to seem weird

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 4 July 2017 04:12 (nine years ago)

yeah, i bet hayward goes back to utah and i ddon;t think boston should feel that bad

nice cage (m bison), Tuesday, 4 July 2017 04:12 (nine years ago)

i hope they get hayward hes good
