ciderpress, Friday, 30 June 2017 22:46 (nine years ago)

i don't really like this trade for either team

J0rdan S., Friday, 30 June 2017 23:59 (nine years ago)

well--it's actually pretty good for the wolves, since they were intent on trading rubio since they need shooting since they traded away their best shooting. getting a non-lottery pick first for him isn't bad. their roster still needs work tho.

Specifically, hearing Ingles could have an offer in the 4-year, $60 million range from the Orlando Magic. If so, hard to see Utah matching.

Matt Armstrong, Saturday, 1 July 2017 01:07 (nine years ago)

Orlando is gonna be one weird fucking team

Matt Armstrong, Saturday, 1 July 2017 01:07 (nine years ago)

they're super bad

k3vin k., Saturday, 1 July 2017 01:42 (nine years ago)

lowe-arnovitz talked about the nuggets on the recent pod and now i want them to offer griffin a contract

k3vin k., Saturday, 1 July 2017 01:44 (nine years ago)

i bet he stays in LA tho

k3vin k., Saturday, 1 July 2017 01:44 (nine years ago)

Paul George coming to Oklahoma City via trade, I can confirm. Oladipo and Sabonis headed to Indy. @ramonashelburne first reported.

J0rdan S., Saturday, 1 July 2017 01:48 (nine years ago)

whoa OKC really did it

J0rdan S., Saturday, 1 July 2017 01:48 (nine years ago)

i'm not an oladipo fan and idk if myles turner and sabonis can play on defense together but i could understand it being pretty easily the best offer they got

J0rdan S., Saturday, 1 July 2017 01:51 (nine years ago)

ha wow

marcos, Saturday, 1 July 2017 01:51 (nine years ago)

Presti traded Serge Ibaka for Paul George.

— Andy Glockner (@AndyGlockner) July 1, 2017

presti revival

J0rdan S., Saturday, 1 July 2017 01:56 (nine years ago)

turner projects to be a great defensive center so fit w sabonis shdnt be a problem there but man the pacers shdve traded george at the deadline before he stabbed them in the back lol

lag∞n, Saturday, 1 July 2017 01:58 (nine years ago)

presti traded serge ibaka for (one season of) paul george

lag∞n, Saturday, 1 July 2017 01:59 (nine years ago)

i bet he stays in LA tho

I agree blake will stay in LA. better endorsement money there. he'll be The Man on offense. no real hope of ring with any team who'll make an offer.

A is for (Aimless), Saturday, 1 July 2017 02:01 (nine years ago)

he shd goto miami imo

lag∞n, Saturday, 1 July 2017 02:03 (nine years ago)

Danny Ainge better hit on one of these picks

Matt Armstrong, Saturday, 1 July 2017 02:08 (nine years ago)

i'm not an oladipo fan and idk if myles turner and sabonis can play on defense together but i could understand it being pretty easily the best offer they got

It's a great deal for Indy

Matt Armstrong, Saturday, 1 July 2017 02:09 (nine years ago)

I don't see why turner and sabonis would be a bad defensive combo

Matt Armstrong, Saturday, 1 July 2017 02:09 (nine years ago)

Blake Griffin plans to reach agreement on a five-year, 73 million deal with the Los Angeles Clippers, league sources tell The Vertical.

does okc still have room to sign blake? xp lol guess that doesn't matter much

Clay, Saturday, 1 July 2017 02:14 (nine years ago)

Gary Harris is on the block apparently

Matt Armstrong, Saturday, 1 July 2017 02:14 (nine years ago)

Hey what's the status of legendary backup mason plumlee

Matt Armstrong, Saturday, 1 July 2017 02:15 (nine years ago)

gary harris looked really good last year, i'm surprised

ciderpress, Saturday, 1 July 2017 02:15 (nine years ago)

blake u have made a boring choice robbing us of momentary entertainment, for shame

lag∞n, Saturday, 1 July 2017 02:15 (nine years ago)

cld be pacers wanted to trade pg to the west, as not to strengthen in-conference opponent?

idk if sabonis is athletic enough to play as a 4 vs trans that go small

Well he's too small to play center so it's not really a Turner issue

Matt Armstrong, Saturday, 1 July 2017 02:32 (nine years ago)

i didn't want PG on the celtics but i will be disappointed if we don't sign hayward

ciderpress, Saturday, 1 July 2017 02:42 (nine years ago)

yeah ivgiess

Well he's too small to play center so it's not really a Turner issue

idk if sabonis could play (for a good team) with another big man on the floor, defensively speaking. offensively he fits well with turner. but the pacers aren't really gonna be trying to be good so i don't mind it really. i like sabonis as a prospect.

J0rdan S., Saturday, 1 July 2017 03:01 (nine years ago)

wtf @ this

call all destroyer, Saturday, 1 July 2017 03:03 (nine years ago)

sabonis is great on offense, and generally underrated as a player, but he might not have the athleticism to ever play starter level defense

micah, Saturday, 1 July 2017 03:13 (nine years ago)

oladipo is a solid player but he is also 25 and getting paid 21 mil per until 2021

micah, Saturday, 1 July 2017 03:15 (nine years ago)

i wonder if the pacers in their twisted can't tank minds preferred players to picks.

call all destroyer, Saturday, 1 July 2017 03:16 (nine years ago)

Windhorst just said this is the most lopsided trade he can remember gtfoh

Matt Armstrong, Saturday, 1 July 2017 03:53 (nine years ago)

ESPN reporting that on draft night the Celtics offered 3 firsts, crowder "and another starter" for George

Matt Armstrong, Saturday, 1 July 2017 03:57 (nine years ago)

Another espn update: Rachel Nichols still absurdly hot

Matt Armstrong, Saturday, 1 July 2017 03:58 (nine years ago)

ok

micah, Saturday, 1 July 2017 04:01 (nine years ago)

Now windhorst is saying that the heat have a better "win now" argument for Hayward than the Celtics do
