i could understand the argument that lebron was better than KD tonight and in game 4 but games 1 and 2 did actually happen and KD had the game winner in game 3

feel like that can work maybe as a last minute out-of-timeout play, but after enough repetition it won't be effective bc teams will just be like "ok theyre running the kiss set, keep your eyes on the ball"

anyway i think the 'KD ruined the NBA' takes are overblown, this season was kind of like a perfect storm, how often are you going to have a two-time MVP on the books for $12 million a year at the same time the cap jumps from 70 million to 94 million + a top 3 player in the world enters free agency. im glad it happened and we all saw it tbqh. i also dont think enough credit can be given to kerr to take essentially the same team that mark jackson had and to turn it into a dynasty.

i think it'll even itself out in next few years, dubs will lose livingston and maybe iguodala, they'll probably start getting injured too, bron, kyrie and paul george will join kawhi and lamarcus on the spurs to form a superteam, all will be well again

ya prob tho they cld easily sweep the finals for the next 3 years too

gotta see how they come out of the offseason and how they sign, also they've been v lucky with injuries past three years, also *whispering* curry looked like he's lost half a step and cld see him deteriorating over the course of next couple of years but also having the system they have will help mask that

i was rooting for the cavs more bc i like surprises, but barring a cavs win i wanted a competitive series. we may have had one w/the dubs vs spurs if dray hadn't promised a tesla to the first guy who took out leonard.

i'm hoping next season or the one after is better when it comes to the postseason but i suspect the warriors are going to wipe out the rest of the league. you never know though.
