i've been reluctant to go full challops on lonzo but i'm thinking his most likely result is "decent"

guys with shots that weird sometimes just don't work out in the pros

the comp i keep coming back to is rubio. his shot will play better than rubio's b/c he'll hit open j's but i think he's going to give something back in defense and athleticism.

hes also not that great at getting to the hole

Paul obviously hasn't spoken at all about his free agency situation, but for years now it's felt like he and the Spurs were destined to be together. With the Spurs possibly seeing their old guard begin to retire, this might be the perfect time for Paul to come in and take over the Spurs.

i get what this means now but at first pass i thought this was a zing at Tony slowing down in his old age

loving the juicy cp3 rumors, but in all honestly, i dont see it happening unless paul would agree to a steep pay cut which i would not expect him to do. he's up for ~$40 million a year now, and there's no way the spurs can get that far under the cap without gutting the team.

BUUUUUUUT it's such a good basketball fit, it kinda makes me sick that it (probably) wont happen.

chris paul is a guy where you can wonder if money is the main factor. he's made a lot of money and is working on the worst legacy of his generation for an elite player.

maybe the spurs cn get melo too

melo's a good two cuts below chris paul's class, but i think a lot of casuals see them as comparable players. and unlike paul melo has gotten to the conference finals

Paul's one of the worst all-time great players on paper and he has to know that and it has to eat at him

$200 million can pay for a LOT of therapy tho

nuggets people getting their hopes up about signing paul millsap, he'd pretty much be perfect for this team but i'm not sure i'm on board

nuggs shd chill and let the youth wave develop, milsap is declining returns from the moment hes signed, nuggs arent close to competing, if ur gonna sign vets find some steals not low level max guys

i think the nuggs have a really good chance at contending in 2-3 years, by which time millsap will be 35 or 36 and his contract will be a burden

need to sign the 27 y/o not 32 y/o milsap

nuggs have one star and a handful of intriguing question marks, cld really go either way

they need to a. develop their dudes and b. find those role player steals
