last year was the best season of LMA's career, no? clay otm prob, LMA probably wasn't destined to age great as a below the rim guy

Also don't below the rim types age better usually? Less reliance on athletic ability

Spottie, Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:01 (nine years ago)

Aldridge will always be able to stick 18 footers but everything else is gonna suffer if he turns into an old man here

yeah maybe thats true. maybe he is hurt

k3vin k., Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:09 (nine years ago)

he does look like hes not moving right out there

lag∞n, Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:10 (nine years ago)

nope; he front-rimmed a bunny in a way that was not normal

call all destroyer, Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:22 (nine years ago)

harden being fouled shooting a three 17 times in like 6 games seems like a problem for the league

k3vin k., Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:23 (nine years ago)

if you're going to foul a three point shooter, go flagrant two or go home.

a little too mature to be cute (Aimless), Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:25 (nine years ago)

there was a video of coach nick talking w ronnie nunn (ex ref) where nunn rightly points out that with a lot of these harden really starts his shooting motion after hes fouled, not sure why theyre being called the way they are, also ive notice the rip through move being called a shooting foul some even tho the league explicitly said its not

lag∞n, Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:27 (nine years ago)

kevin pelton said the league shd completely change the way it defines a foul basing it on who initiated the contact rather than who has a right to the space, which is interesting but obvs wld take a lot of thinking through/is a huge change

lag∞n, Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:28 (nine years ago)

lol harden is a mad scientist coming up with this stuff its pretty impressive

lag∞n, Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:29 (nine years ago)

yeah me too, i think it must have something to do with the angle they rip their arm through. like if you go obviously from side to side and swing the ball down low it's def a rip thru but it seems guys are bringing it up at an upward angle now to argue they were going into shooting motion xp

k3vin k., Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:29 (nine years ago)

aw 6 years ago ginobili jams that

k3vin k., Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:30 (nine years ago)

ive never seen kawhi so animated than he was on the bench cheering that juice simmons jam

nice cage (m bison), Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:32 (nine years ago)

there was a play in last nights game where wall was so afraid of isaiah pulling that pull up for a three when the defenders trailing through a screen to draw a foul move that it looked like he bounced off an invisible wall trying to avoid it but then isaiah didnt even do it and just kept dribbling for an easy layup lol

seems to me that continuation has become the default call and non-shooting has become the exception call and that this was true before things like the rip through and the screen-three pointer foul came into vogue.

these seem to be called fairly consistently which is fine but i hope the league changes things up this summer b/c we're going a little too far with this stuff.

call all destroyer, Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:34 (nine years ago)

Aw man not Parker.

DJI, Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:38 (nine years ago)

kawhi>>>>>>>harden

nice cage (m bison), Thursday, 4 May 2017 03:47 (nine years ago)

well, i completely overestimated the rox. so, looks like it will be 20+ wins for each team. who's got the more sustainable advantages? is kawhi enough of an advantage on his own to tilt it to the spurs? i still go with the rox though it clearly won't be as easy as it looked earlier.

utah and nola have the two most sus training staffs in the league

lag∞n, Thursday, 4 May 2017 17:43 (nine years ago)

eric gordon played in 75 games this year, the most he played in five seasons with nola was 65, he averaged ~45

lag∞n, Thursday, 4 May 2017 17:46 (nine years ago)

see like this harden clearly initiates the contact then goes up for the shot why is he getting this call its also just an insane shot that has no hope of doing anything except producing fts its a technicality we need a return to sanity on this issue

lag∞n, Thursday, 4 May 2017 17:52 (nine years ago)

that play is designed to get that call imo, helps that hes a lefty so if the defender even attempts to fight through the screen he can just pull that crap

Spottie, Thursday, 4 May 2017 17:57 (nine years ago)

t/f: harden is just ginobili evolved

, Thursday, 4 May 2017 18:06 (nine years ago)

On January 24, 2015, both Markieff and Marcus Morris found themselves involved with two aggravated assault cases as five different men (including the twins and former Baltimore Ravens safety Gerald Bowman) allegedly assaulted a 36-year-old man named Eric Hood outside of the Nina Mason Pulliam Recreation Center in Phoenix, Arizona.[41] Hood had previously mentored the Morris twins from high school until the end of their college careers, while the brothers would beat Hood up for "sending an inappropriate text message" to their mother.

k3vin k., Thursday, 4 May 2017 20:49 (nine years ago)

lag∞n, Thursday, 4 May 2017 20:52 (nine years ago)

Phoenix sports media is still so salty about the morris bros and especially that story about them beating up that guy
