LeBron James may be a fan of sleeved jerseys after all.

After blaming them for his poor shooting earlier in the year, the Cavaliers forward has changed course, making the executive decision to wear the team's black sleeved jerseys in Game 5, Chris Haynes of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

King James' choice appeared to be the right one, as he poured in 41 points, 16 rebounds, and seven assists to help lead the Cavaliers to a 112-97 victory.

J.R. Smith went as far as to claim the uniforms symbolize pride, and while the Cavaliers guard has a history of making outlandish statements, he may actually be on to something. Cleveland went 5-1 this season while wearing sleeves, with the lone loss coming with LeBron resting. James has been particularly good in sleeves this season, averaging 29.2 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 5.8 assists on 54.4 percent shooting, according to SI's Kenny Ducey.

Don't be shocked if the Cavaliers opt to wear the same threads in Game 6.

god barnes sucked last night

ya when barnes is the one shooting a lot of those shots ur libel to end up w some misses

i was really surprised he didn't have any turnovers he looked bad out there.

games 6 is gonna be lit w the cavs feeling some life and dray back wanting to shut the whole thing down

barnes been solid in the finals for the most part, and he's a good 'open shot' shooter. just missed em

id rather have him shooting those open ones than draymond or iggy

steph missed a bunch of open threes too. and he got blocked ona couple stepbacks

hes injured

only got blocked once all season on a three pointer (by the stifle tower) and has been blocked like 8 times since coming back from his injury

eh he was canning open threes in game 5

apparently the warriors were 0-11 on uncontested three pointers. if the cavs give them that many on thursday they're gonna lose.
