lol the og bron hater

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 16:26 (ten years ago)

jk i love bron

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 16:26 (ten years ago)

tho do have to say it tarnishes his legacy somewhat that hes such a bad gm and coach

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 16:30 (ten years ago)

i agree i never found bron to be that compelling a player in his first couple of seasons. his teams always seem so grind-heavy and made with low quality parts

, Monday, 13 June 2016 16:42 (ten years ago)

only time he ever really let himself be coached was in miami and it worked out good

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 16:43 (ten years ago)

just to make sure we're all on the same page, does anyone want to argue this goes past six?

De La Soul is no Major Lazer (ulysses), Monday, 13 June 2016 16:48 (ten years ago)

hmm maybe u shd call a meeting send an invite to the google calendar

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 16:52 (ten years ago)

it could imo xp

Spottie, Monday, 13 June 2016 16:52 (ten years ago)

hilarious to read this thread in 2016, time capsule from before the steph era

i'm a fan of this one too
who will be the best nba player after lebron isnt anymore

ciderpress, Monday, 13 June 2016 16:53 (ten years ago)

we all thought kyrie was gonna be so good

k3vin k., Monday, 13 June 2016 16:54 (ten years ago)

the way kyrie kept hoisting in the 4Q lmao

, Monday, 13 June 2016 16:55 (ten years ago)

can't out hoist the hoisters

heh i think i made one of those w point guards too where i also didnt list steph but did include john wall before hed even played in the league

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 16:56 (ten years ago)

kyrie can be amazing but he has major major flaws

marcos, Monday, 13 June 2016 16:58 (ten years ago)

pretty insane the quality of point guards right now where you can forget that john wall exists sometimes

ciderpress, Monday, 13 June 2016 16:59 (ten years ago)

kyrie has insane skills and plays incredibly dumb, a true throwback chucker

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:00 (ten years ago)

wall gotta be one of the most underrated players rn

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:01 (ten years ago)

i like me some bron but i think maybe why i don't HAVE to tune in to watch him is cos he just kinda goes steady eddy through the game. Like every quarter he gets 7 points, 2 rebounds and 2-3 assists. by the end of the game he's amassed a great stat line and had major impact on the game but you rarely (especially any more) get those manic bursts and crazy quarters of pure ecstasy. curry seems to have had one of those like every game or two throughout the last two seasons.

Spottie, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:01 (ten years ago)

wall is still inconsistent and still can't shoot but he's hella fun to watch

Spottie, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:01 (ten years ago)

kyrie is the best playground player in the nba right now

J0rdan S., Monday, 13 June 2016 17:01 (ten years ago)

PG poll

k3vin k., Monday, 13 June 2016 17:02 (ten years ago)

i was thinking that the success of the warriors/spurs shows the limitation of the assists stat, u need a hockey assist and hockey hockey assists stat, maybe passes per point or something lol

, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:02 (ten years ago)

like i get that bron is a great distributor but at some point ur offense needs to be more sophisticated than drive and kick or w/e that bron does

, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:03 (ten years ago)

lmao if we cld just somehow remove rondo from the top of that it wldnt look too bad xxp

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:03 (ten years ago)

nobody on the warriors averages more than 6 assists per game xp to myself

, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:05 (ten years ago)

i cant find the one i started but i swear it was real

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:05 (ten years ago)

maybe it was on the sandbox

v true, when was the last time we saw bron explode and completely take over?

marcos, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:06 (ten years ago)

ya one guy putting up big assists doesnt really work that good in todays nba like even chris paul plays off the ball sometimes

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:06 (ten years ago)

iirc i saw a stat recently that no team has won a shampionship with a player averaging over 10 assists on the team since Magic lakers

Spottie, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:09 (ten years ago)

wow thats kinda nuts

last years finals i guess but even then it was out of necessity and he really didn't shoot a great percentage.

Spottie, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:10 (ten years ago)

GSW led league in apg http://espn.go.com/nba/statistics/team/_/stat/miscellaneous-per-game/sort/avgAssists

, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:11 (ten years ago)

many xps but spottie what are you seeing with the cavs that wins them two in a row?

De La Soul is no Major Lazer (ulysses), Monday, 13 June 2016 17:13 (ten years ago)

well no draymond could get them this one then game 6 would be a battle in Cle. game 4 was close until the last few minutes.

Spottie, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:14 (ten years ago)

yup

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:15 (ten years ago)

wouldnt be surprised by anything at this point. the draymo thing def opened the door for them.

Spottie, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:16 (ten years ago)

ya seems like a lot of ppl are underestimating how big losing dray for a game is

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:17 (ten years ago)

you have to really put a lot of stock in home court to feel like the dubs are gonna walk tonight

J0rdan S., Monday, 13 June 2016 17:17 (ten years ago)

they def cld just via hot shooting or w/e but i dont think its the most likely outcome

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:18 (ten years ago)

cavs have done a fairly good job of containing curry this whole series until they started getting really sloppy on D last game

marcos, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:22 (ten years ago)

well they lost the first 2 games by 60 points so im not sure i would go that far

J0rdan S., Monday, 13 June 2016 17:22 (ten years ago)

what was the cavs road record this year?

, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:23 (ten years ago)

ha for sure xp

marcos, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:23 (ten years ago)

gonna take the dubs scoring 115+ points imo cos their defense will look much different

Spottie, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:23 (ten years ago)

xxpmaybe? i don't really respect the cavs enough to think that they can get past six. i concede game 5 on the LeBron cheat code / Draymond's Day off reasoning but i think anything resembling a close game in Cleveland goes to the warriors; they are so well built to have a sudden and consistent 4th quarter run.

De La Soul is no Major Lazer (ulysses), Monday, 13 June 2016 17:24 (ten years ago)

wld love to see a crazy throwback game from bron tonight then drive to drays house and kick him in the nuts

lag∞n, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:25 (ten years ago)

what was the cavs road record this year?

24-17

Spottie, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:26 (ten years ago)

hoping if the warriors win draymond rolls in at the final buzzer on a motorcycle with Lacob, 200k in cash in hand, both smoking cigars with TruckNutz hanging from the handlebars

Spottie, Monday, 13 June 2016 17:28 (ten years ago)

cannot imagine what the league wld do if dray showed up to the game tonight my lord
